"I can smell the frenzy within you." Faust walked toward her with heavy footsteps, growling like a dog. Angelise cracked her fingers, walking toward Faust.
"Not gonna try your little spike trick again?" Angelise asked with a fierce smile.
"Nah, I don't like becoming swiss cheese." Faust laughed. The two looked at each other. Faust's red coat was flying in the wind, and his brown eyes shook with anticipation. Angelise's leather suit was pumping with every inhale as the leech was glowing red, pouring frenzied plague into her."They are having another staredown," Armfos said with an amused grin.
"Seems like it," Alexander said. He looked up at the glowing figure above him.
"Yeah, I don't get it either. Why is Faust so much on the defensive?" Alexander said, converting the question the silhouette had asked.
"It's because even he can die," Malmy said. They looked at her.
"Faust's body can endure a lot, but he also knows it has a limit. He can feel the limit approach even though he doesn't get tired or feel pain. He is doing everything in his power to win this match. So, holding back is one of those things he is trying." Malmy said."You know. You are my type of woman—a lot of bloodthirsty and the eyes of a murderer. Not such an angel are we now, miss toxicologist?." Faust grinned.
"I have done my amount of bad shit, but that small stuff is nothing compared to yours. I would say it was defensive roughhousing. I have lived for many years now, and I look at you now being my toughest crowd and toughest opponent." Angelise walked toward him.
"I will show you the power of a showwoman." Angelise ran forward, jumping at him.
"Here she comes." Faust grinned, grabbing the hilt of his sword with all his might.
"OROCHI!" The sword reacted to him, spinning the spine all the way up to his arm, sucking into his blood.
"YAMATA NO OROCHI!" The sword split apart once again into eight different blades.
"Waltz of sickness. Frenzied ballet!" She twirled around, moving faster and disappearing from sight, appearing in between all the blades. She stepped one foot on the ground and spun around, dancing to an inaudible violin. She slams her hand to the side of the sword, making a red shockwave pour over the blade before sending it flying away, slamming into some of the other swords. Faust looks at her in awe as she pirouettes on the spot, flying toward him. She appeared in front of him, placing both her fist into his stomach, sending him flying and coughing up blood. He grinned as he looked at her dance to the side, dodging the incoming swords.
"She is good!" Faust roared. He slammed his foot into the ground, stopping his flying in an instant. He laughed under his breath as he rolled his shoulder.
"That was one beautiful hit, miss." He walked toward her with a purpose, making the swords become one blade again.
"Seems like this won't work anymore." Faust grinned as he raised his hand into the air.
"FEAST my blade." He shouted as the spine's spike slowly moved up and then shot into his arm. Moving through his skin. You saw the skin on his shoulder bubble a bit. He grabbed his black shirt and tore it off, allowing the Sharktooth necklace to stab into his skin. The spine was moving inside his skin. Spikes shot out from inside, showing themselves around his chest.
"hmm." He let out a hum, seemingly enjoying the pain. He slowly fixed his eyes on Angelise. His brown eyes had turned entirely red.
"Orochi Ouroboros." The sword broke apart. The bones lying across his body like some sort of armor or war paint. He cracked his fingers, growling.
"I am an apex predator." Faust grinned as his teeth grew to fangs. He stomped the ground appearing in front of Angelise. Angelise moved up her arm, blocking the punch, but she was sent flying. Her arm flew into the air. Faust moved faster than she flew and was caught by the throat, leaping into the air, slamming her head into the ground, sliding her face against the dirt before coming to a halt. He picked her up, spun around, and threw her toward the opposite wall like a discus. His veins were pulsing, and you could hear an almost laughing sound coming from the bones lying over his body. He walked toward her with heavy steps. The steps broke the ground apart.
