Just a few seconds earlier.

"ILFRI, DON'T DIE!" Alexander had shouted out, having Lily float around him.
"I had smiled at that moment, a feeling of hope returned to me, and I could feel that no matter what, it was gonna be okay. I slowly paced myself toward the ability, starting the vibration, knowing that everything should be alright." Ilfri softly reached out and touched the ball, and the moment she did, it expanded, swallowing her. She stood still inside of the darkness. Everything seemed tranquil. Her hand was vibrating at a fast speed as she reached over and touched the wall of the ability, and the moment she did, it was like you heard a bell. She closed her eyes, feeling like she was soaring through the sky, and then softly pushed her finger on the wall and then...

The walls of the sphere broke apart, allowing her to walk out. She slowly walked forward, grasping her finger with all her might. Hunter looked at her in awe.
"You actually survived that. How?" Hunter looked at her with slight anger in his eyes. Then, she revealed her finger, broken and beat up.
"The fifth form of my dual stance is very powerful, but it breaks me apart, using it. Alexander and Lily never really like it when I do it." She grinned and then took a fighting stance.
"You thought victory was in your grasp, so you didn't think that turning into jello would be nessecray, but it also allowed me to assess you one more time, and I realize something." She moved her hands forward with a grin.

"THERE IS A GLINT OF HOPE BACK IN ILFRI'S EYES, FOLKS. LEAVING HUNTER CONFUSED. WHAT KINDA METHOD IS SHE GONNA USE TO TAKE HIM DOWN. WITH THIS NEWFOUND HOPE, SHE MIGHT BE ABLE TO TURN THE TIDES!"

"Please do enlighten me on what you have figured out." Hunter crossed his arms, allowing some blood to collect around him, becoming a few spheres.
"That you actually have to change between the consistencies of your abilities. It took a while, but I thought it was more a hassle than a gift, but this isn't a burden at all. I will now demonstrate." She moved her arms up, readying to fight.

She shot forward with all her might, appearing in front of him after a second.
"Utter useless." He swung his arm, allowing a tendril of blood to attack her.
"Steel eagle, dual first form, FEATHER!" She pushed her hand toward his stomach, snapping her fingers together to unleash a powerful shockwave.
"Haha, I will just turn my blood into gelat-" Hunter grinned but then.
"Followed by blade second form, talon dance!" She shot right through his body, pulling her hand, kicking him away. Her hand was clear.
"Gelatine is a bit sticky, but usually, it's not as sticky as a liquid. It's fine what you said earlier. Change to gelatin when I use my dual. Then I will just stab you. Change to liquid when I stab you. Then I will just use dual. You put up a dilemma for me, but I can put the same dilemma up for you!" She pointed at him as blood leaked out from his new wound.
"Damn it." Hunter grinned in annoyance. She took a deep breath.
"just a bit more." She thought as she steeled her lungs and then vanished.
"Steel eagle, blade fourth form!-" She appeared behind him, swinging both arms forward.
"Wind bash!" She cut into his back, allowing blood to fall out.
"Umbral liquid-" He tried to control it, but she quickly thrust her hand forward.
"This is over now, Steel eagle, dual fifth form-" She took a step forward.
"SPEAR!" He roared while all the blood coming out his back turned sharp. She walked right into it but continued, slowly poking him in the middle of his shoulder blades.
"tranquil feather." She said calmly. You heard the sound of the bell as she softly pushed up against his back and then sent him flying through the arena, hearing crack and snap sounds as he flew. She stumbled back, letting her two broken fingers rest.
"Ow...ow...ow." She looked down with a flinched face. She let out a few coughs, relaxing her lungs.
"I heard it—the sounds of the cracking. So the vibration did go through him. That should have done the trick." She took a deep breath and then looked toward the cloud made from him colliding with the wall.
