Armfos body would lie inside the Saltorian Morgue. Connor would sit next to the platform, having his arms resting in front of him. He would lightly tap the ground with his foot, thinking.
"Gonna keep thinking or?" Faust came walking, leaning against the door as he looked at them. Faust was still scarred all over his body, and his skin was still slightly discolored.
"I'm mourning the loss of a dear comrade. Losing Armfos hits nearly as hard as losing Jessica." Connor said. Faust would grin, walking forward. He would plant himself next to Connor, slapping the man's back once.
"Losing Arti was hard for me too. I would offer you the space in the next battle, but I don't think you can convince Malmy to wait anymore." Faust leaned up against the wall behind him, looking at Armfos.
"Damn. He was a weird man, but he was also the hero of Saltorian. He could always bring home the victory." Faust said.
"Sad that he felt sympathy." Alexander came walking with Ilfri.
"What do you mean?" Faust growled as he looked at Alexander.
"His swing was able to kill both of them, but he tore his arm apart on the inside to halt his swing. He actually gave the victory to the two of them. I guess he felt sympathy." Alexander said. Lily would nod. Clearly, she didn't know what Alexander said either but tried to act smart behind her brother's logic.
"It reminds me of the story of Kentaro and Ringo. What I heard was that in the first tournament's fourth round. Kentaro gave up the victory to allow Ringo to win, yet she gave the point to Betania. I guess Armfos gave the victory away." Ilfri said.
"We are three to three now with one tie round," Connor said as he looked up. He looked past those at the door.
"Will you bring home a victory?" Connor asked. Malmy was standing behind Ilfri and Alexander. She walked forward, adjusting her overalls slightly.
"Yeah, you can bet on it." Malmy grinned.
"I heard you will be fighting something called magic will. The ability to manifest anything as long as you will it. Scary stuff." Lily said.
"Nah, Malmy will do great. Her power isn't something to take lightly. If there are two people in our team who could kill armies on their own. It was Vermon Gaul and Malmy Spriggan. The two death machines." Faust grinned.
"I have faith in you, Malmy," Connor said. Malmy nodded and walked off. Faust would stand up, following her.
"Only three rounds left. We are in a tie right now." Alexander said.
"First Malmy Spriggan. Then Dramstin Booz and lastly-" Ilfri said, looking at Connor.
"Connor Rekniz." Alexander finished.
"Don't you worry. If we are lucky, it doesn't have to come to that." Connor said, grabbing his cane and standing up.
"I'm just very confused about what you can do. I think I've never actually seen you fight." Lily said.
"Leave him be, sis. If he thinks he can do it, he can. All we have to do is claim two victories in a row." Alexander said.
"That is true. Suppose we have that one tie. The first to five victories win the tournament." Ilfri said.
"So it all is down to Malmy and Dramstin." Connor sighed. He walked over, pressing the button to allow Armfos body to slowly sink into the ground. He stepped past his companions and headed out.
"T-there is something there's been on my mind," Lily said, levitating over Alexander's shoulder, resting her head on his shoulder.
"Hm?" Ilfri looked at her.
"Doesn't Connor seem a bit...stronger?" Lily asked. Alexander just grinned and started walking, making Lily fall toward the ground, but instead of a crash, you just saw her pass through the floor.

"Gather round!" Iliya said. The remaining of Betamorion's team arrived.

Damien, Leaun, Librisca, Kotoha, Delilah and Moira. Iliya smiled as she saw them all.
"We have fought many battles, but with Moira and Skabne's victory, we have secured a tie. We just have to win two more fights, and then we will win!" Iliya shouted with a grin.
"I feel kinda cheated," Moira said, resting up against the wall. She was fully healed because of her ability, so no medical care was thrown her way.
"He gave us the victory. He clearly would have won." Moira pouted.
"A victory is a victory. This is a battlefield, and he chose sympathy." Leaun said.
"He kinda rocked, though. Dude got mad respect from me." Delilah said.
"Next up is you, Librisca," Iliya said. Librisca nodded.
"Understood. I will put up a great performance!" She shouted happily.
"From the report, you're facing someone who can bend the earth to their will itself. The creator named Malmy Spriggan. Will you be able to win?" Leaun asked.
"Someone with the power of everything against someone that controls everything. It's a weird match-up." Damien said.
"Only you three are left." Iliya looked up. Damien, Delilah, and Librisca looked at her.
"Damien, you are the only one who has kinda fought before, so we save you for last as a security measure. Librisca's power is the only one I feel would overcome the fight against Malmy, so that leaves Delilah up next after Librisca." Iliya said. The three looked at each other.
"So you two just do amazing, and I can rest on the sideline, right?" Damien would wink at them, and the two would laugh.
"I'm not about to go lose now!" Librisca shouted. Iliya nodded with a smile.
"We have to keep fighting for Betamorion. Our ancestors put this nation together to unite Betania and Alphamorion virtues. NOw it's our job to keep those virtues safe!" Iliya shouted. The others nodded.
"Now go out there and do your best!" Iliya shouted. The others left the room. Iliya would walk over and sit down in a chair, sighing softly, letting her head rest on the back of the chair.
"You look tired." Leaun walked toward her and then smiled.
"Yeah, I'm exhausted. This whole tournament has been one hell of a rollercoaster." Iliya laughed.
"What about I Brew you a cup of tea, okay?" Leaun walked over to the kitchen area and started. Iliya nodded.
"Run over the tournament for me again," Iliya said. Leaun gazed at her for a moment and then continued to brew the tea.
"First round. Hunter against Ilfri. It ended up with Ilfri winning against Hunter." Leaun would place down a cup, starting to boil the water.
"The second round. It was I against Vermon. Through sheer force of power, I ended up winning against Vermon." Leaun looked toward Iliya, who was swirling around in her chair, listening.
"Third round. It was Kotoha against Arti. Surprisingly which, we didn't think it was possible. Kotoha, a civilian, ended up winning against the blind boy." Leaun continued as he poured the water into the cup.
"Fourth round. Angelise against Ricky. The fight was a very heavy one but ended sadly with our Angelise Durand falling at the power of the carnivore." He would put the tea bag into the cup and slowly walk toward Iliya.
"Fifth round. Lily and Alexander against Sakana. We all thought Sakana would win at the end, but it ended up with our swordsman falling at the power of the pride siblings." He placed the cup and walked around the table.
"sixth round. Jessica against Vindur. The fight and amount of power used in this fight were remarkable. We all thought Vindur would lose this one, but he managed to pull out a tie. His body was the price." Leaun said and then sat down at the table.
"Lastly, seventh round. Moira and Skabne against ARmfos. With our victory. That was the whole tournament as of now." Leaun said. Iliya would nod and then sit up. She would sip of the tea and then smile.
"Tastes good." She giggled. Leaun merely bowed his head.
"Do you think we can win this tournament?" She asked. Leaun would look up at the ceiling. He didn't wanna give her a sugarcoated answer but be completely honest.
"I believe the chance hasn't snuffed out, but if you look at the Saltorian team, all of them are clearly fighters, and we brought in civilians. Most of our own warriors managed to either get a victory or die, but it comes down to the next two fights." Leaun said. Iliya nodded and swirled around the chair for a bit. She pushed herself toward the window overlooking the arena. She looked down there where a giant sphere was now placed.
"can I ask you something, Leaun?" Iliya asked. Leaun looked at her and nodded.
"Sure." He walked up next to her, looking down at the sphere in the arena.
"If the gods created us, humans. Who created the gods?" Iliya asked. Leaun looked at her for a few moments, trying to determine if it was a joke. When he caught on, she was serious. He turned his attention back outside.
"A higher being?" Leaun asked.
"But where is this higher being then?" Iliya asked. Leaun sighed, thinking for a few moments.
"Maybe the Gods were just here. Why do you ask?" He turned to her. Iliya looked at him.
"I had a talk with Himpus before the start of the seventh round. He asked me that question, and I have been pondering on it since." Iliya said.
"I see. Maybe he asked just as a joke. Try not to get your focus away from the important, okay?" He smiled. Iliya nodded and gave a small laugh.
"That is true. Sorry for bothering ya." Iliya said. Leaun looked at her and nodded.
"Shall we prepare to watch the fight?" Leaun asked. Iliya nodded and walked off from where they were.
"One last thing I have pondered about," Iliya said.
"What is it?" Leaun asked.
"Why is the Saltorian invading us?" Iliya asked. Leaun looked at her.
"I have no idea, actually," Leaun said. Iliya sighed.
"I might have to confront their leader Connor over the next couple of days," Iliya said. Leaun nodded.
"Do that. It might be a good idea to figure out why the blood needs to be spilled." Leaun said. The two left for the watching platform.

Malmy walked toward the entranceway.
"Go destroy some lands, ay?" Faust said as she walked past him.
"Got it." Malmy bro fisted Faust as she walked toward the gate.

Malmy's orange curly hair swayed as she walked. Her green eyes were hidden behind her goggles. She was wearing a white t-shirt with the brown overalls over it. One strap of the overalls was not put on her shoulder. She had her brown gloves on, but now there was patting on the knuckles making them more akin to knuckledusters. She wore her brown boots as she stomped. There were spikes underneath the boots. She swayed her hair once, walking out into the open.

"Time to recreate some landscapes!" She roared as she slammed her fists together.

Librisca slowly levitated toward the way out of the arena.
"Okay, here we go. Game face on!" She shouted as she slapped both her cheeks, levitating a bit faster.

Her puffy gray hair was swaying everywhere, going down in her long bangs. Her heterochromatic eyes shined in the sun: the bright pink one and the purple one. There was a monocle resting in front of the purple eye. Her patched-together top hat was resting nicely on top of her head. She was wearing her tailcoat where the top part was blue with a red collar, and the bottom part was a purple with a red tip. She had black jeans and regular running shoes on. Her long bo-staff was resting on her back as she left out the door, levitating into the light.
