******ON THE WAY HOME FROM THE HOSPITAL*******

Emmis POV:

"It's clear cut broken she is going to need a full arm cast for 1 month." The doctor said. I started to cry. Mom hugged me and said its just a month. I wasn't worried about that, I was worried about the bullies. The doctor put me in a temporary cast until I get my real one, tomorrow. We got in the car and I looked out the window. Mom pulled out the camera, "Well Emmi, what did the doctor say??" "It's broken, straight through the bone, I have to get a full arm cast tomorrow." I said upset.

**AT HOME**

Avias POV:

I never had that happen, I'm in trouble! I'm the good kid! I cursed and "pushed" Emmi down the stairs. I was uncle Caseys house when dad got me, Gavin, Brock, and Daxton. We got in the car and drove up the hill. "Avia in gonna need to talk to you." He said firmly. I just sighed. Dad parked the car and everyone went inside, I sat on the stairs outside and dad sat next to me. He put his arm around me. Whenever we do something bad mom and dad talk to us calmly. "Avia, what were you thinking when you pushed Emmi? I know she hit you but that doesn't give you an excuse." I started to cry. "Dad why don't you trust me! I didn't push her Brock did. I wasn't even near her when it happened!" "Blame it on your brother why don't you. And what was going on in your brain when you cursed at Emmi, you know better then that. Your 12 years old." I didn't even try to talk. I walked up and went to my room.

Emmis POV:
We were pulling up when I saw dad and Avia outside then she got up and left. I hoped out of the car and ran to dad "Hi daddy!" I ran to him and he picked me up. Then I knew for a month they were gonna listen to me. It was around 10:00 and Avia completely ignored me. I slept on the couch.
