"WHAT?" WAS THE ONLY silent and breathless word Claudia could utter as she stared wide eyed at Regulus.

"Rosier...he's dead," Regulus repeated.

"What- but...Evan Rosier? As in Evan? As in-"

"Yes," he nodded, looking around the room to find the others watching them curiously.

"But...what, I-"

"Alastor Moody managed to capture him during a Death Eater attack," Nicolas, who had promised to help Regulus deliver the news, said. "Rosier tried to fight back as everyone else fled and...and eventually Moody had to kill him. He died last night and news spread this morning."

"Oh my god," Claudia breathed as Regulus carefully neared her with worried eyes.

"Claudia..."

"He...he's dead," she said in a shaky voice.

"Yes," Regulus nodded, confused to why she seemed so affected by it considering that Evan was after all another one of the people who had hurt her the most ever since she was little.

"I...I don't understand-"

"Wanna come with me somewhere less...crowded?" Regulus asked softly, looking around at the confused Americans who had no idea who Evan Rosier was and why Claudia, Regulus and Nicolas seemed relieved, confused, happy, worried and shocked all at once.

"Yes," Claudia replied, not even taking notice of how Regulus threw a protecting arm around her shoulders and led her out of there due to how shocked she was.

They entered the drawing room, and Regulus closed the doors.

Now, to understand things a little better, you should possibly be aware of what happened back in the kitchen once Claudia and Regulus disappeared.

The Americans were incredibly confused to what was going on, so Nicolas swooped right in and explained most of it in a way that he believed Claudia would be okay with. Basically, he told them that Evan had been a plague in Claudia life for many years, and that was it.

In the drawing room, however, it was silent. Claudia sat on the couch with her chin resting on her palm, and Regulus stood in front of her, watching her with worry.

"How're you feeling?" He asked softly.

"Weird," she said.
