CLAUDIA HAD DREADED the day she was about to experience for months on end. That was for sure.

But, before we get into what the hell she was about to do and why it made her so miserable, let's clear a few things up.

Yes, Mary Macdonald survived. Remus contacted her as soon as Claudia had mentioned that Nicolas had "witnessed" her getting hurt, and he quickly found out that she was well in recovery. So, Nicolas was as relieved as he could be, and he finally dared to actually look Rosamund - who wasn't even angry - in the eyes.

And yes, Claudia and Pandora walked in on Regulus and Nicolas snogging in bed the morning before she was about to experience the very dreaded day that was mentioned earlier.

And, well, it went something like this:

Claudia yelled. Like, loudly.

"Bloody hell!" She screeched after the yelling, swinging the door shut and turning to a wide eyed Pandora, who had stayed the night and was nearly about to burst out into laughter. "That was the last thing I excepted to see!"

"Really?" Pandora asked, causing Claudia to look at her funnily.

"What?"

"I saw them kissing just yesterday," Pandora said. "I didn't ask them about it but I'm pretty sure they're back to...whatever it was that they used to be. Didn't you know?"

"No!" Claudia exclaimed. "And how did you know that they used to be a thing?!"

"Because I used to be friends with Regulus before he got all moody..." Pandora said. "Used to eat with him in the kitchens with Mary. Didn't you know that either?"

"No!" Claudia said as the door opened, causing her to turn to her husband and stepbrother. "Why does no one tell me anything anymore?!"

"Tell you what?" Asked Regulus, who for sure had quickly buttoned up his shirt as soon as he had caught a glance of Claudia and Pandora through the door.

"That you're shagging again, and that-"

"Whoa, whoa, whoa," the boy said, putting up his hand to shut her up. "We're not...you know-"

"We're not," said Nicolas awkwardly. "I swear."

"So do I," Regulus said.

"Yes, we swear," Nicolas nodded.

Claudia chuckled, "And you're still just as painfully awkward."

"Claudia, please, you're making this worse," Regulus groaned.

"Sorry about that," she said with a grin that showed that she didn't care one bit. "But if you're gonna snog my stepbrother, dear husband, I think I have the right to know."
