Nandani turned to see who called out her name and was shocked to see some people standing there according to the theme for the day. Two of them came running towards her and hugged her and Nandani just closed her eyes wrapping her arms around them and whispered,

Nandani: Hello ladies! You all have grown up so much!

They all chuckled and yes!! Many of you might be correct it was Nandini's friends! Maya and Zoya... Nandani then looked at her eyes met with Sanket. She went to him and hugged him making him pick her up and twirl, hugging her tight while Nandani kept her head in the crook of his neck and mumbled,

Nandani: How have you been?

Sanket: Never have been better!

Sanket said with a sigh. They broke the hug after a few minutes and then Nandani just cupped his face and smiled to which he returned back. She then turned towards Alya and Dhruv and just side-hugged them greeting them with a huge grin on her face as Nandani whispered to Dhruv,

Nandani: Congratulations!

To which Dhruv just chuckled and said,

Dhruv: Thank you so much! It was all because of your blessings.

Nandani laughed at his statement when Maya said,

Maya: You already knew about him and Alya?

Nandani: HAhahaha! Of course I did!

She said while waving her head back in attitude with a huge grin on her face.

Zoya: Sincceee. Uhhh... WHEN?

Nandani chuckled at her a little and said,

Nandani: ever since 8th I guess!

She looked back at Dhruv who nodded at her with a smile.

Nandani: When did you guys come to know?

She said pointing to Maya and Zoya to which they giggled and said,

Maya: When we saw Manik bhaiya looking at them with a smile and not a frown.

Everyone chuckled while Manik just rubbed his neck embarrassed. Nandani glanced at him before greeting Mukti with a small hug who responded equally with a smile and then Nandani hugged Abhimanyu who whispered just for her to be heard,

Abhimanyu: How has life been?

Nandani: Just a little better with every passing day.

Abhimanyu: Beareable better I hope!

Nandani just gave him a huge smile to which Abhimanyu ruffled her hair making her pout. Nandani then turned to Manik and passed a smile and then to Navya and Cabir who were standing in a corner not knowing how to react. Nandani smiled at them and then hugged Navya making her cry and mumble several sorry and Nandani just smiled. After she was comfortable Navya broke the hug and smiled at her. She then looked at Cabir and forward her hand to him who just pulled her towards him and hugged her while he said,

Cabir: I am sorry for saying that Nandani!

Nandani just shook her head no and said nothing. She was already overwhelmed by the feelings she was feeling and she didn't want to bring in the past which in her POV was gone for good. She turned to her mother who was standing there looking at her. Nandani smiled at her while she asked her,

Mom: So how was the surprise?

Nandani: Surprising! When did you plan this?

Mom: Before you came!
