This is probably the closest to the personality Prince John has in the series that I've ever written in any other story of mine. Fml.

It was quite a stormy day in Nottingham, with some dark clouds in the air and sometimes a few spatters of rain falling down. You were relaxing in the den together with the boys as you didn't have any intentions to go out for the day, the upcoming storm being a reason for sure.

You were reading a book you were lent from Marian while hanging in a hammock that was slowly rocking due to the wind. Little John was feeding some animals as they were taking shelter from the rain and harsh wind picking up. Robin was fiddling with some tiny rocks in his hand as boredom took over him. Even if he wanted to do some archery, the wind would cause his arrows to go off track, completely missing the target. Tuck was trying to make a new arrow invention, he was getting up to get some other material until a loud growl was heard through the den.

Everyone looked up from what they were doing to see Tuck smile awkwardly back at you, still holding onto his barrel as he hadn't stood up yet. Another growl was heard and this time everyone was looking at his stomach. Robin, Little John and you shared a laugh as Tuck got up to get himself a snack.

You saw Tuck look through your storage and shuffle around in it with his hands, trying to grasp his hands onto something he was interested in, but he came back out empty-handed and with an unsatisfied frown on his face. You closed your book as you got up from your hammock.

"What's wrong, Tuck? Not finding anything you'd like to eat?" By your comment, the other males looked up at Tuck as well. "Well, that's a first for you, Tuck." Little John said as he handed an acorn to a squirrel who stuffed it in its mouth. Tuck sighed to himself. "Yeah, mostly because there is almost nothing left to eat, only some bread and apples are in here and we also need to have dinner in a few hours."

You saw Robin look between the leaves from the den, gazing at the grey clouds which seemed to turn darker each minute. The whistling sounds of a heavy wind were heard throughout the forest, the shudder of the leaves rustling against each other was heard all around you. Robin sighed to himself and turns back to you guys. "It seems like we have no choice but go to the market. I don't think all four of us need to go, so who's in?"

You held your hand up. "I'll go, I really want to stretch my legs a little bit, y'know? Doing something else than just sitting around."

Tuck jogged to you so he stood between you and Robin. "Me too! I, of course, have to see what I want to eat." Robin nodded to himself before his eyes landed on Little John staying in his spot who just shrugged at you three.

"I'll pass, I don't see a reason to go out anyway. Besides, these little ones need me for a moment." Little John said as he gestured to the new coming animals, waiting for their food.
