Abilities:
Shoulder Railgun - It takes half a minute to charge and it will blow up anything that has been shot with it. 2 minute cooldown.
Decoy - When targeted by missiles or any lock on weaponry it will send a decoy missile to lure the lock ons away.
Ultimate: Hunter core - loads Electrified ammo to the plasma rifle with enough power to make the enemy titan malfunctionate for 2 minutes
