"who told you that you can hire a personal assistant without consulting me? i'm your manager and i need to know everything." sabi ni averie habang naka-cross arms. bored syang tiningnan ni jungkook.

"well, guess what? now you know." sagot ni jungkook.

"can you stop being sarcastic because it's honestly annoying." sabi ni averie saka umupo sa single sofa kaharap ng inuupuan ni jungkook.

"we don't know anything about that guy you hired, jungkook. you don't know if he's a threat or something like that. don't just trust anyone because you're famous. everyone is after you---"

"well not taehyung. he's my fan before, became my bestfriend, my escape place, my bear and now he'll be my personal assistant. i knew him more than you do so just drop this topic." sagot ni jungkook saka kinuha ang tablet nya.

"jungkook, i swear. i'm your manager and i have the power to kick him out." seryosong sabi ni averie kaya napahinga ng malalim si jungkook.

"knows what? he'll be here in a minute or two and you can observe him. tell me if he's really not worth it because i can see that you're so scared of me, having an assistant." sabi ni jungkook na kinaangat ng isang kilay ni averie.

"and why would i?" tanong ni averie.

"because i can't be control by you anymore? i mean, taehyung will be here, and he'll assist me in everything. so it only means that you can only manage my collabs, songs, dances and work schedules but not everything. see? hiring an assistant has a big effect." paliwanag ni jungkook na kinatahimik ni averie.

"so that's why you're so eager to hire him?" tanong ni averie. "sort of." kibit-balikat na sagot ni jungkook.

"do you already talk to the entertainment--"

"yeah." sagot ni jungkook. "and you don't have any plans on telling me? kay agust d ko lang nalaman?" tanong ni averie sa asar na tono.

"i have a feeling that we'll just argue about it and guess that's true." bored na sagot ni jungkook.

"fine. i'll observe that guy, jungkook. dapat ipaalala mo sa kanya na maraming gawain ang assistant kaya dapat lang na magsipag sya. idagdag na nating matuto syang rumespeto sa mga nakatataas sa ka--"

"he knows the word hardwork and respect" sagot ni jungkook. may pakiramdam sya na may pinaplano na agad si averie kahit di pa man tumatapak ang paa ni taehyung sa entertainment.

seryoso nyang tiningnan si averie saka umayos ng upo. "i'm telling you, manager averie. don't do something that'll put our messed-up relationship in the finish line. i can drop everything if you'll plan to destroy my assistant. i already warned you so don't test me." sabi ni jungkook kaya natawa ng mahina si averie.

"you talk too much, jungkook. also, don't forget that i'm your manager and---you're powerless without me. you're nothing without me so don't warn me like i'm scared of losing you--because i'm honestly not." sagot ni averie.
