First Argument: Mikey

Mikey hissed through his teeth and turned around to leave, but you stopped him and took a hold of his forearm, "Mikey! Please don't go." You pleaded

"I know this looks bad, but you gotta believe me him and I aren't anything." You told him "I would never betray you like that never ever." You added.

He still looked hurt and agitated, "Seemed like you guys were having a good time so it seems like you know eachother well." He stated.

You sighed, "listen him and I are barely even friends he is just a dance partner." You assured him.

"I thought I was your dance partner? And what happened to you being shy about dancing? Was that a lie?" He asked.

"You are my dance partner and more, and after being rendered from dancing due to my wounds I was craving to dance again and recently I've gotten more confident." You told him in a fast pace so it sounded like word vomit.

"So I joined this dance competition, but I didn't really read the small print after I signed up and it said I needed a partner so I had to rush to find one after finding that out and I know you can dance, but well you know.." you said while rubbing your neck.

"Yeah..cause i'm a mutant and people won't accept me." He said painfully as he hated having to he in the shadows, afterall he was a peoples person.

"I know you hate hearing that, not to mention none of my other friends can dance or are busy, so I had to look at street performers and found this guy." You told him while pointing at your dance partner who was unconcious.

He looked down at the guy, "Are you sure he's a street performer? He looks like a model. " He told you

"Yeah i'm sure he dances downtown all the time is what he told me, and he agreed to be my dance party only for money. Nothing more." You clarified to Mikey.

"So you ain't cheating on me?" He asked to make sure and pressed his fingers together like a shy kid would do

You merely chuckled at that, "yes i'm sure, how could I ever do that to this adorable handsome face?" You told him and squished his cheeks.

He laughed at that then looked down at the guy, "what do we do about him?..He most definitely saw me." He stated.

You scratched your head, "well... I can just tell him he fainted and hit his head?" You suggested and Mikey shrugged.

"That could work.." he responded and went over to the window.

"Well I better get outta your hair and before he wakes up.." he said quietly and left out your window.

You know he must of felt ashamed and guilty for accusing you, but you didn't hold any grudges or anything so you'd forgive him later..

You heard rustling and saw your dance partner stirring and sat up rubbing his head.

"Ugh...what happened?" He asked with a groan.

You crouched down beside him, "well you must of got light headed and fell over and hit your head." You told him as convincing as possible.

He looked confused, "really? I thought I saw a green monster or something outside your window staring at us and then everything just went black.." he stated, "man...I should really stop reading those lizard people stories on the internet.." he stated.

"Clearly." You mused and pat his back before helping him up, you were glad he bought it..
