Today was the day you and Donnie planned to have a homework/study sleepover of sorts. You were backed up on due homework due to always being at the lair to hangout with Donnie all the time. So you and Donnie decided it would be best to go to your place to do your homework together so you'd get all caught up and to study for your upcoming test on Friday next week..

Things were a bit chaotic as you had a lot to do. You were so busy you didn't realize what today was.. Today was the day your parents were coming home from their business trip. You've forgotten with the meeting Donnie, meeting his brothers, developing a relationship, and being kidnapped that it completely slipped your mind.

You got all your homework laid out for you and Donnie to go over with together, and of course your text books to study afterwards. Hopefully your brain could handle having a bunch of information stuffed into it all at once.

You sat down and waited for Donatello to show up and you heard a familiar tap on your window, you got up and opened it up to let Donatello inside. He came on the dot per usual, didn't surprise you one bit at all.

Donnie smiled at you, "Hey~ Ready to get to learning?" He asked calmly and sat down on a stool by your desk.

You smiled, "Yeah I am~" You responded calmly and sat beside him in your office chair, picking up your pump pencil to get started on your homework.

He grinned, "Glad to see you're eager" He said calmly "Lets see how about we start with...Biology." He said calmly.

And after an hour you were half way done with your homework. "Man my brain hurts from brain storming so much.." You said playfully and slumped back into your cushioned office chair to relax your poor brain for a second..

He chuckled a bit, "Yeah I understand how you feel~ Other times I struggle turning my brain off and over think things~" he mused playfully.

You smiled, "Yeah I do that too, I worry myself at times when I overthink.." You admitted.

He raised a brow, "Yeah? Overthinking about what?" He asked curiously.

You smiled, "I dunno.. Maybe if someone discovered you and your brothers because of me and you guys get sent away or something like that.. or get tested on... And just generally other things , like that you'll stop liking me, or the Shredder would come back and do things to you and your family.." you admitted sheepishly

He smiled, "Well you don't need to worry cause I am not going anywhere, and me and my brothers always get back up on our feet. So don't even worry about us." He assured you calmly.

You smiled, "Yeah? That makes me feel better~" You said cheerfully and kissed his cheek

He chuckled a bit, "I'm glad I hate to see you sad or anything like that. You have a beautiful smile." He told you lovingly.

"Oh stop it you~" you said playfully

He smiled, "Alright Alright~ I'll stop" He mused, "Lets get back to work." He said calmly.

You sighed, "Already? Can't we atleast have a snack break? You know.. Brain food?" you asked him almost in a pleading manner. You liked to get your work done as fast as possible however even you have your limits.

He pondered, "I suppose you are right, you'd work more efficiently with sustenance in your body." He agreed and stood up with you.

You smiled and got up with him, "Yes!~" you said triumphantly and opened your bedroom door cautiously. After all your brother was still around of course and still had no clue about Donnie's existence..
