Secrets revealed: Leo

You and Leo had planned to hangout together in the living room, but plans were unexpectedly changed as your boss at the hobby lobby had you stay past average work hours since someone called sick unexpectedly. You were on stock duty so you restocked shelves that were nearly empty. You sighed as you hoped Leo wouldn't mind the wait and you couldn't use your phone until you finished up, but due to it had recently been big sale day the likelihood you'd be done restocking soon was highly unlikely.

Meanwhile Leo was at your place checking the clock and tapping his foot, you should've been home by now atleast. He was worried as horrible possibly flooded his mind keeping him distracted as he pondered. He was upstairs in your room and he felt relief when he heard a door downstairs open and close. He was assured this was you and you were just late after all your father wasn't gonna be home due to his bingo buddies having a poker night.

He came down the stairs expecting you, but was surprised to see your father instead. Your father had turned around when he was done locking the door behind himself knowing you had the spare key. His eyes widened as his face when pale as the blood drained from his face due to immediate fear.

Your father tried to let out a scream, but it seemingly couldn't come out. He immediately went into a sprint towards the kitchen most likely to get a weapon for this strange creature he just saw that was like 7 ft tall.

Leonardo ran towards the kitchen as well but held his arms out, "Hey hey calm down sir, I don't mean any harm.." he tried to assure your father who now was wielding a kitchen knife.

Your father swung it wildly, "Back! Back away whatever you are." He said frantically as he tried to reach the phone, and turned for a split second to try and find it as he couldn't feel it. Though he realized the house phone wasn't on the end table by the couch and then turned back towards Leo.

But gasped when he realized Leo was no longer there and he frantically looked around the room.

Leo had his back shell pressed against the ceiling and kicked the knife out of your fathers hand. The knife slid under a armchair out of sight and Leo jumped down and towered over your father not in an intimidating way he was just incredibly tall.

Your father backed up and practically fell into the other arm chair behind him as he looked up at Leo in slight horror and shock, "W-what do you want?" Your father stuttered from fear.

Leo sat down on the couch, "Sir I'm not gonna hurt you..I promise." He stated to assure your father "You and I haven't met properly like at all, but you in a way know who I am." He told your father.

As you finally restocked all the shelves, you were able to clock out and head home. As you were walking home you saw worry texts from Leo which made you sigh out of some concern that you may have worried him and he might be out looking for you. However when you scrolled through other chats you saw an un-read by your father telling you poker night was canceled and he was heading home

You got anxious when you saw the message and started to high tail it back home. You hoped Leo wasn't spotted or that your father wasn't home yet.

You busted through the door and found something you weren't expecting..Your father and Leo were sitting on the couch just..Talking?

"Dad I can explain.." you started, but your father stopped you from explaining.

He then stood up and pointed to Leo, "No need. Your green friend here explained everything.." he informed you calmly.

You sighed out of relief and leaned against the door as you shut it with your body, "Whew good..Wish I knew that before I ran a marathon home..." you said in a exhausted tone.

Then you walked over and slumped onto the couch. "So um...How do you feel?" You asked your dad to see how he was taking in the information.

Your father sat back down and just blinked, "It makes a lot more sense than a weird cameraman taking down a hug mech of a samurai off a tower, I'll tell you that." He told you referring to Vern the falcon.

You smiled and chuckled a bit at that, "Certainly does, doesn't it.~" you mused and you were relieved he took it well and seemed to accept Leo. You just wondered if he knew you were both dating...Maybe you should wait to tell him that though otherwise he'd have to hurt Leo or give him some threat about dating you like other dads would do to scare off flakey guys.

Leo smiled and must of been happy to be accepted by your father, atleast now he didn't have to sneak around as much anymore since your father knew of his existence now.
