The sun shone brightly and reflected off the beautiful blue water. Isobel stood by the rail staring deeply into the blue waves. Tempest walked over and stood by her.

"Your brother is ridiculous. I've never met anyone who complains so much." Tempest chuckled. Isobel nodded as if she wasn't paying attention. "Is everything alright?"

"Something is wrong." She mumbled and closed her eyes. She heard screams and felt as if something was being ripped from her soul.

"Isobel....." Tempest mumbled and gently grasped her arm. Isobel suddenly gasped and fell to the ground her eyes now wide open. Tempest knelt beside her.

"I saw something..... I don't know how to explain it." Her eyes watered. "Everyone was dead and the ship was destroyed. Swallowed by something in the water."

"This ship?" Tempest asked a bit worried. Isobel shook her head.

"No, a different ship. I saw..... I saw Will." She breathed heavily. Tempest nodded slowly.

Jack watched the entire scene from afar only confirming his suspicions. He walked over to where James scrubbed the deck and kicked over the bucket of water.

"Whats wrong with your sister?" Jack asked. James glared up at him.

"There's nothing wrong with my sister." He spat. Jack rolled his eyes.

"Let me rephrase the question. She was adopted wasn't she?" James stared at him in complete shock.

"How'd you know that?" He stood up angrily. Jack shrugged.

"Captains intuitive sense. Besides, she's too beautiful to be related to you in any way." James rolled his eyes.

"Not a word of this to her or I'll kill you." He hissed.

"So tell me Norrington, where did you find her? How old was she?" Jack pestered. James started to grind his teeth.

"She was an infant. We found her on the seaside and took her in." He remembered the memory fondly. "She had nothing but a soggy ripped blanket wrapped around her." Jack nodded.

"No idea about her true parentage?" He asked. James shook her head.

"None, as soon as we saw her we knew we were her family. Nothing else mattered." He muttered and picked up the bucket Jack had knocked over.

"So you took in a baby off the beach without knowing anything? What if she had scabies?" He pushed James slammed the bucket down on the ground and glared.

"She didn't now bugger off." He hissed. Jack smirked.

"So she doesn't know aye?" James shook his head.

"No, and you're not going to tell her. Quite honestly I don't see why you even care." James pushed past him and walked off angrily.

"Land ho!" Gibbs yelled making Jack jump in shock. He looked and sure enough the island was planted in the distance.

....................

Isobel sat in the dingy as the 2 stupid pirates rowed towards the island. Jack sat with his jar of dirt tightly in his arms. Tempest rolled her eyes at her brother.

Once they reached land Abigail opened the compass again and followed where the arrow was pointing. Everyone watched as she walked around aimlessly.

"This compass is leading me in bloody circles!" She huffed and closed it roughly.

"It's obviously broken." James added as he shoved the shovels into the sand. Jack walked over to Abigail and looked over her shoulder. He reached over and opened the compass again. The needle was spinning wildly.
