What are they doing out there? I (outfit 46) giggled sitting in my usual spot in the lobby looking out at the pool. Operation get Carlos a girlfriend. Jack told me. How do you know this but not me? How do you not know this? He teased rolling his eyes. See look, Ken's in his tree hat thing, James is wearing a ski mask, Katie has flowers on the table, Logan is dressed like an old lady and Carlos is freaking out.
That poor boy. My brother and their crazy plans, honestly they don't need to go through so much trouble to help Carlos get a girlfriend. Would you date him? No, but he's my brother that would be strange. Ok, well what if he wasn't basically your brother and you were single? Then maybe, I mean he's cute and he's sweet, he's a little wild but otherwise he's good boyfriend material.
IDK why anyone wouldn't want to go out with him, and I mean Cam and Logan have an on again off again relationship, and Ken and Jo are together as are we but James doesn't have a girlfriend and they're trying to get Carlos to have one but really it's not a big deal he's doesn't need a girlfriend.
And look they appear to be putting the plan into action. What is the plan? No, no afraid to ask actually. Logan is supposed to pretend like he's being mugged James is supposed to steal his purse Carlos is supposed to punch out the mugger give Granny her purse back and grab the flowers and give them to the girl they're trying to set him up with.
But instead of that happening. He went to go help but instead he took the purse from the mugger punched out Granny gave the flowers to the mugger and offered the purse to the girl. It was a huge disaster as the girl ran away screaming. And he was so close too. I frown trying to supportive from inside.
In hindsight maybe they should've rehearsed that more. Once they came inside we met them up in 2J where I'd waited to pull the cookies I made out of the oven cause every time one of the boys was sad I made them my special cheer up chocolate chip cookies, warm and gooey and filled with love. As Carlos plopped himself down on the bright orange couch in the "living room."
He was worried that he'd never get a girlfriend. And to make things worse he turned the T.V. on and asked him if he had a girlfriend and told him to go take her to see the movie Kiss and Tell. And it made him really upset. Here Carlos have a cookie, I taught Jack how to make my special cookies. Thanks sis. Ken came and turned the T.V. off he told him he had to stop mopping around and go find himself a girlfriend that it wasn't gonna just walk into the room asking to go on a date.
But then Jo walked into the room asking Ken if he was ready to go on a date and they had gotten 2 tickets to Kiss and Tell. And my brother asked her to print off some more cause we were gonna triple date. Whose the 3rd pair? I lifted an eyebrow. We got you two together because of a movie.... No, actually when we were all homesick Poison dragged Jack with her to do whatever, and decided that they were gonna be a couple because of that.
This is a make out movie you really think either of us are gonna want to see it? Do you not know who you're talking to? I teased. If you make me go see that movie I'm gonna put you in your special chair. I warned my brother. Jo lifted an eyebrow Carlos shuttered and shivered. You, and you alone Ken.
And from what I understand making out is kissing but with tongue and if Carlos wanted that he'd bring a dog to see the movie with him not a girlfriend. Fine but, that means we need to figure out who Carlos is taking. Can you guys at least help with that? We got nothing else better to do tonight and it is Friday, we'll be watching movies pretty much all night tonight anyways.
When Logan came back in Cam wanted to know what he was doing later and even said he looked cute as a grandma and that after her audition she'd meet up with him again later possibly and Logan was looking forward to that, until he ran into literally a cute blonde girl who thought he was a real woman because she lost her glasses.
And she said her name was Peggy and Granny Logan wanted to set her up with her "grandson" Logan, and Peggy says sounds great as soon as she finds her glasses and that she just moved in yesterday. Meanwhile outside Katie was on her own mission with her own tree hat and then James walked by.
When James discovered she was spying on a boy because she had a crush on him James encouraged her to go over and meet him and say hello but she punched him in the gut told him no and that she was too shy, and he thought that was adorable. Then outside at the pool we 4 had gone and put together speed dating for Carlos to meet a bunch of girls in 30 secs and that their movie would start at 8 that night.
And as an added bonus they had gone and hand picked the other guys themselves so that Carlos wouldn't have any competition. They warned him to be himself but not too much himself. Which confused Carlos and made me roll my eyes with and added *Ug* but I had no say Jo said he was very honest which girls loved but sometimes he was too honest as he then commented about her onion breath.
My brother told him that the hardest part of any relationship was starting a conversation. Gee IDK Ken it was pretty easy for Jack and I when we first met, we were both hanging out in the lobby not wanting to go outside and my laptop was in my room, and we talked about music and the band and where we were from and stuff, and.... And? My brother lifted an eyebrow.... And that was it I shrugged. We had and have a lot in common.
T: And it was love at first sight, considering how he made me feel after he left and asked me to write a song about him someday. Which I ended up more or less doing with any kind of guy. The tips of your ears turned red, and your blushing, no one blushes at nothing. Ken pointed out. Just tell her something interesting about yourself I pushed Carlos away. Me: We'll talk later Ken.... Promise <3 TBT Him: Ok <3 he texted back.
But as we manned the bell between each session things were not going well, there was lucky helmet, a rash story, him talking with his mouth full of chips, a wind blown burp in her face after a large soda, a whole bunch of other things and swatting away a bug from her face by hitting her with a stack of papers, and that was the end of that. They were all going to see the movie but with the other guys that they picked.
In the park Peggy found her glasses and Logan and mom was sitting on a bench watching it play out "reading a book." She said now that she could see she had some unpacking to do but that they should hang out sometime. And had even given her flowers for being so nice to his grandma, and then she left with a big smile on her face.
And then when she left he turned 90* and saw Cam coming back his way now. And ran away before she saw him and jumped behind the bench mom was sitting in. Please tell me what is going on? I'm positive it is much better than this book mom asked Logan.
He said he thought he had a crush on the new girl but that Cam still had feelings for him maybe and he wasn't sure if they had really broken up right now or not, and it wasn't very clear. She told him it wasn't gonna be easy and that he had to go talk to Cam about it, and then eventually he did. Even though he didn't want to.
At the pool this time James and Katie were stalking Katie's crush and James said he was gonna stroll by start a convo with the guy and then Katie will jump in and he'll have a crush on her, somehow I didn't think it was gonna be that easy but James claimed to be the love Dr. and thought he knew what he was doing.
James said he'd be there the whole time to make sure no awkward pauses happened they walked over and James asked about looking at his comics and then pushed Katie down into the seat. And they intro themselves as Katie James and Kyle and Kyle wanted looked up at Katie with a toothy smile and a silent what's up head nod and James got distracted and went after a pretty girl to go see Kiss and Tell with her, so Katie was on her own.
I swear if James makes this boy break Katie's heart I was gonna break him and put him in the chair when I was done. They shared snacks and hooked up to play a game on their DS oh boy the DS I wonder if there are some of you reading this that have no idea what that is since this show was early 2000s.
In 2J we 5 got together again and asked Carlos what kind of girl Carlos was looking for. But he wasn't picky so the next thing was what did he have to offer, he said he liked origami and that he liked to cook and that he respected women's feelings and it turns out on paper he's a total catch as Jo put it.
Ok, girls stay here help Carlos get ready for the best double date of his life and us guys will bond over trying to find the perfect girl for Carlos. Come on Jack lets go he said stealing him away. And then we turned the T.V. on to New Town High Jo's show. Ooh turn it up I love this episode. I tugged his arm as he turned it up. This is a new episode tonight, how can you have seen it already?
Katie hacked the computer and sneakily got us tonight's episode a day early. It's great. Carlos said he liked her co star Megan, and she smiled at that but was kind of confused about it too. When James came back Katie was genuinely glad he bailed on her because they had a great time. She said they had so much fun they were gonna go see that new movie everyone was talking about.
At first James was happy for her but as he said it out loud that it was the hottest make out movie of the year he thought back to what he was saying and then got worried. When Logan was gonna go talk to Cam about dating the new girl they were on the elevator together which scared him.
When Cam left when things got awkward, Peggy asked Logan about going to go see Kiss and Tell, I think Jack and I were the only couple not seeing the make out movie. Then we 5 all met up to show Carlos his date tonight but it turns out we each found him a date tonight.
And now that he thought he had two dates for the movie tonight he thought that's why they called it a double date, but we made it clear to him that, that's not why and then Jo and Ken started arguing over which girl he should take to the movie tonight.
Upstairs Granny went to go visit Cam even though Logan said she went back home. He wanted to make sure they were still gonna be god friends and Cam wanted to know if she should try and win him back and she said no right now they should just be good friends and that she wanted him to have a good time with Peggy at the movie.
Which makes Cam literally the coolest girl in the world in Logan's eyes and she of course knew that. When Kyle came to pick up Katie for their date James was acting strange and dressed funny ok stranger and funnier than usual. And speaking a British accent. He brought him in to have the father daughter boys talk with him, boy I really wish I'd been there for that instead of him.
Oh wait.... James what are you doing? I asked him. Whose this? This is.... Hi I'm Farrah Knight, I hope James isn't giving you too much trouble I'm Katie's older sister, it's nice to meet you.... Kyle. Kyle. I repeated shaking his hand. James don't scare the boy, and don't let Katie's heart be broken if you do you know that I'll brake you and then after that you know what happens. I hissed in his ear.
He made sure he knew what his intentions were before letting him go. To go see a movie. Not to Kiss and Tell your not! He held his hands up in defense and shook his head. Don't be silly James he seems like a nice kid he wouldn't take Katie to a make out movie otherwise.... Otherwise you have my permission to protect and serve. I whispered into his ear. And a get out of free card special only for tonight.
Katie came out to ask James what he was doing. Then tugged him away by his ear. Hey sis. She hugged me. Hi Katie. Sweetie wanna tell us what's happening tonight? I asked her. I like Kyle and James is scaring him. That's what older brothers do they're very over protective of their sisters, trust me. What about you and Jack? We're not a good example we started off friends and he kept asking me and eventually he began a part of the band and we started dating.
And if all goes south James has a get out of chair tonight free card if anything bad happens which we hope it won't and you are more than welcome to join Jack and I in movie night. I'm sure Jack won't mind. Would you Jack? I called for him. Whatever you said sure. See? I winked at her. But just between us girls and James boys are trouble don't date them.
Listen guys we're going to dinner then to a movie that's all. But thanks if it comes to that I'll take you up on that offer. Let's hope it doesn't though. And in doing so as they left the girl he was taking to movie was now being dragged along to go with him to watch over Kyle and Katie. Come on Kyle and Katie Jack called up the self driving car for us, we were gonna have dinner before the movie too.
We'll drop you guys off somewhere and we'll go to dinner then pick you guys up and go to the movie, we're not gonna see Kiss and Tell though I'll tell you the same thing I told Carlos making out is like kissing but with tongue not that I'd know but I can only assume and if you want tongue grab a dog they make better company anyways. Hey? Jack teased whining as he grabbed at my side.
Jack don't. I giggled. You know I didn't mean you. I rolled my eyes, besides even if I was I'm only teasing. Are they not the perfect couple? Katie asked Kyle. They make a great example, Kyle agreed. With Ken and Jo and Carlos they told Carlos he was gonna spend time with both girls and then let him choose which one.
But Ken and Jo were trying to make sure the girl they picked for him he would pick instead of the other girl the other one picked. But after all of that sabotage he ended up picking both of them to go to the movie with him which was a big problem.
They asked him if he was nuts but in Carlos's defense he wasn't good at double dating or really real dating since he'd never had a girlfriend before and it didn't help that he was under so much pressure to pick one of the girls. At the restaurant James was ruining everything for both parties involved and killing the romance. Her: Help me! James is killing me! Me: What did he do? I'm sure he's just looking out for you. <3 Her: He followed us to the restaurant and took his shared milkshake to bring to us so that we couldn't share ours. Me: Awe <3 <3 cute, but sorry about James. I wish I could be more help. :(. Sorry.
When James sat back down his date thought he was being too overprotective and then tried to turn on some romantic music but he went back over to Katie's table and tried to turn the music off on that one. Because the music was too romantic. Her: He just tried to break the radio player at our table for no reason :( Me: Sorry little sister, there's only so much I can do while I'm not there. Me: James give it a rest :/ you're bugging them!
Her: Please come pick us up? We'll eat at the movie. :( Me: Ok kiddo we're on our way <3. Let's go Jack I giggled. We've got a little sister to save. You know he's just looking out for her like a big brother right? Yeah I know but.... We just don't want to see her get hurt if it doesn't end well.
And his poor date they had just gotten their food when he dragged her away to go to the movies. At the movies Logan and Peggy were there and so was Ken, he said Cam was there and Logan thought she was there to win her back and maybe he rushed the whole date thing, and Ken said he seemed conflicted and then wished him luck.
And there the two of them were trying to make Carlos pick a girl and James switched their tickets to the unicorn princess, which since that was the only thing out and not sold out and not scary or romantic or too loud or violent Jack and I were gonna go see that anyways, so now we were gonna have a triple date even though it was gonna just be us two.
And the best part was it was gonna be in 3D lol. That's when the mystery girl left and said she'd had enough that it just wasn't gonna work out. It turns out that Katie and Kyle found out that Kiss and Tell was a movie about kissing and they didn't want that so they were gonna hang out in the arcade and leave with James later.
James was so relieved, but in the end Katie was happy James was really annoying with overprotective stuff. But now he still had 4 tickets to the Unicorn Princess. Peggy came back and saw Logan upset and looking at Cam and when Logan tried to break the news to Peggy she understood that he still had feelings for her and wasn't ready to move on yet. And yeah she knew he was his own grandma too.
But she'd be ready for him to call her when he was. When Logan tried to apologize it turned out she wasn't there alone to get him back but with someone who oddly enough looked a lot like James, and Logan was upset to find out it was too little too late. So now Logan was upset and solo just like James.
And when Ken and Jo kept pressuring Carlos he decided on Candy to be his date, but then he ended up getting them mixed up. And neither of them were happy about that. And instead Jo promised to explain to the girls what was going on over shoe shopping and asked the second girl to join them and they went together leaving Ken and Carlos dateless and Kiss and Tell turned out to suck anyways and James admitted he still had 4 tickets to our movie and came to join us as I face palmed when they told me what happened.
At least my sister's heart didn't end up getting broken but since the guys were upset when the movie was over we went home and made the cookies together and we all had movie night together. Jack I promise next Friday night it will just be the two of us again. No worries. He leaned over to kiss me and since they were upset about Kiss and Tell the guys stopped him from doing that.
As cute of a couple as you two are, if we're not getting kissed tonight he can't kiss you either. That was planned I giggled. We wanted to make you jealous. I teased. Is that so? He smirked. Run? Run. We ran to my room and closed and locked the door before Ken could attack, or any of them really. And I'd hidden the spear keys so that they couldn't get in.
Me: Just so you know I'd never admit it out loud at least not tonight but that thing you wanted to know.... I was gonna say it was love at first sight, but I knew you would awe and coo at me and tease me and completely embarrass me about it. Him: Nah, that's what a real little sister is for, I wouldn't do that to you, you're my twin it wouldn't be fair, especially if we're emotionally connected.... Occasionally. And can only sometimes read each others minds if we need to or feel like it, but don't tell the guys. 0.0 Me: Lol love you, goodnight <3 Him: Love you too sis sweet dreams, and make him sleep on the floor if he's staying. <3 Me: I always do, no worries ;) Him: I have to you're still my sister twin or younger ;)
