Chapter III: Husbands

Only the sound of food chewing would be heard as the husbands took their usual breakfast in a saturday morning.

If they're not fighting, the two of them would treat each other like a strangers that lives in one roof and they would completely ignore one another like they didn't exist

They were already used to this kind of set up, it is better than talking with only knife like words could be heard from both of their mouths.

While they're quietly munching on their breakfast, the older's phone ring caughting the attention of the tanned male.

Donghyuck watch mark pick up the phone and answer the call.

"Hello... Ohhh koeun, why? It's weekend... Is there's something wrong?" the latter answered with a half smile on his face

The former rolled his eyes hearing the name and just continue to eat but his ears were still on his husband talking with its secretary on the phone.

"There's a problem at the office? Am I needed there? Okay, wait for me there i'll just finish my breakfast... I'll be there in thirty minutes... Okay bye!" then he hang up the phone

Mark took a glance at the younger who's already close to finishing the food on to his plate. He admits that he misses the old times when the two of them would start a conversation and silly jokes will follow.

But this time, starting a conversation would turn into non-stop screaming and they would hurt each other one way or another eventually.

After a few minutes, the younger has done eating a he immediately wash his own dish on the sink.

The older followed donghyuck with his eyes up until the younger's figure disappeared from his sighed then he pursed his lips remembering the boy who works at the café that he goes a few days ago.

"Who does he think he is?" he muttered under his breath

Mark is wondering why does he felt something strange yet familiar feeling inside him when he locked gaze at the boy.

It is the same feeling when he first laid his eyes on his husband.

But he quickly abolish that thought and sighed "He's just a mere stranger who works at a café, get yourself together mark!"

When do donghyuck entered his room, he immediately took his phone out and check on his email to see some updates about his business.

After he finished checking on them, donghyuck went to his sns messages to read a message from his older sister.

When he's about to type a reply again, his older sister's name appear in his screen making him chuckle.
