Chapter 11

A daring trip!

Continuation to chapter 10

Y/N's POV:

The gang decided to go to akala island springs for some relaxation with our Pokémon. When we got there we went to the care centre for both people and Pokémon. My Pokémon didn't really like the water except for rock ruff so it was hard to get them in the springs. "Charizard enjoys this!" Kiawe said while charizard let out a small breath of fire relaxing. I was outside the springs with my Pokémon not wanting to get into the water. Golisopod screeched in happiness to be here and I smiled. "What other things are on akala?" I asked and Kiawe answered "hmm. Caving! Going to my farm! Catching Pokémon! And obviously going to wella volcano!" I smiled and said "well. I want to go explore some forests!" Zoroark agreed as we both chilled on a sun bed when we saw mallows forest teacher oranguru near the hot springs. I looked Over at cosmog and smiled while golisopod and kommo-o played outside of the water. "Snowy seems to like this!" Lillie said and Sophocles said "ice type vulpix in hot springs? That's a first." We all laughed as snowy looked at Sophocles with a side eye which looked intimidating.

We all got up and went into the woods, "a ribombee!" Mallow said running up to it. The ribombee buzzed around as mallow gave it one of her Pokémon treats. We saw many Pokémon to a group of pikachu, one rattata that we drove of and even an exeguttor. Cosmog kept teleporting me everywhere then bringing me back "cosmog! You can't do that!" I said while the gang laughed and cosmog giggled. I picked cosmog up and we kept walking. I took a picture of zoroark with a young zorua too! Togedemaru and vikavolt raced while snowy and tsareena looked at flowers, popplio blew bubbles for eevee to float in and as always Marowak was trying to fight turtonator with Kiawe trying to stop Marowak. I smiled in disbelief that this was my life until I snapped back into reality when zoroark huffed and sat next to me "tired buddie?" I said while zoroark nodded as he removed his blue bead on his hair out of his back. I smiled looking at snowy and tsareena and how peaceful they were then the rest of the Pokémon here right now. Cosmog kept teleporting but always returned and it didn't worry me that much.

I quickly got up hearing a roar in the distance and a group of rowlet fly off. "What was that?!?" Mallow said and Kiawe replied with "let's check it out!". Zoroark got up and used illusion turning into an articuno. Kiawe gestured for us to look and it was a sleeping garchomp "that's what scared those rowlet!" Mallow said and I said "looks tough. Look in that tree! It's a nest!" I pointed to it while Lillie gasped. "This garchomp has to go." Sophocles said while I nodded. I looked at zoroark which was currently an articuno and i gestured for it to jump in. Zoroark jumped in and made a booming call waking up the garchomp. Despite having the illusion of a articuno garchomp still challenged it. "I'm going in!" I said running into the battlefield revealing myself. Zoroark shifted back and roared while the garchomp growled. The garchomp used a move called bulldoze as it lowered zoroarks speed. I looked at my friends and I called to zoroark saying "zoroark! Use night slash!" Which knocked garchomp backwards. Garchomp then used bite on zoroarks side which caused zoroark to fall unconscious for 3 seconds then fully wake up and back into the battle.

This battle went on for a while just exchanging hits, i saw the gang and even they were tired of seeing this battle. I decided to end the battle and then I exchanged the water type z crystal for a dark type z crystal. I did a series of poses while zoroark mimicked them channeling energy to zoroark. "Zoroark! Use black hole eclipse!" I yelled and zoroark began to make a black hole and then sucking the full frown garchomp in. The garchomp fell as the black hole exploded and the sky cleared. The garchomp was unable to battle, it was unconscious for a minute while I was staring at it and then it woke up. It got on its feet still a little wobbly and it looked at me. I looked at it and it stared at me for a solid minute before it then bowed in respect. I hugged the garchomp and said "that was a cool battle! Your really strong!" The garchomp roared passionately and it nudged me looking at my bag. I grabbed a poke ball out of the bag and said "you want me to be your trainer?" The garchomp nodded and I threw the poke ball. I caught the garchomp and let it out and said "let's get strong together!". The garchomp roared and hugged me.
