Y/N POV~

You laid on your small boat as you were carried out of the small harbor, the same cheering filling your ears as the sound grew louder the closer you got. As before, tiny snowflakes were falling above you, your thoughts on Yoongi.

Yoongi POV~

He climbed to the top of the island, to where he had revealed the truth to Y/N as she fell from the cliffside. As he pondered his choices, he stood there, rain pouring around him.

Looking at the small flute she had once given him, his heart ached, he longed to be with her, but he had let her go.

Y/N POV~

Your small boat was carefully placed in the water. You watched as Hosoek grabbed the rope once more, but there was no dragon this time to save you. The tug came, and your boat moved slowly against the calm water.

Yoongi POV~

Letting out a deep breath, he turned to allow his body to fall backward off the cliff. The burning sensation burned through his body, the dragon was trying to come to the surface to save them as they fell through the air. Wanting to stop the dragon, he put the flute to his lips, playing the same lullaby Y/N had played for him. He was placing the dragon to sleep.

Y/N POV~

How do I get Yoongi back? You thought to yourself about Yoongi and how your life could have been different. The cheering grew louder with your heart telling you to stop this wedding.

How? How do I stop this?... Call the dragon!

Sitting up in your boat, you steadied yourself with deep breaths.

"I can't do it."

The cheering stopped, leaving you in silence. Carefully removing your veil, you steadied yourself to stand.

"Y/N, what are you doing?" Hoseok called out.

"I don't love you," you mummbled.

"What?" he barked.

"I don't love you!" you called out.

The crowd gasped at your outburst, the murmuring beginning almost immediately throughout them.

"Y/N, I rescued you. Don't be foolish!"

"I love the dragon!"

Everyone began outcrying in disbelief, everyone pointing towards you.

"Quiet, all of you!" Taehyung cried out.

"Help me pull!" Hoseok commanded.

You looked at the end of your boat to see the rope attached. You quickly reached out, pulling the rope off your small boat, so you could not be removed. Watching Hoseok fall back into Taehyung, you carefully stood up, balancing yourself on the boat.

"What is she doing, Hoseok?" Taehyung asked.

"Before, there was no time, no earth, no dust, nothing..."

"She is summoning him! Y/N stop!" Hoseok called out.

You ignored him, trying to remember all the words to the dragon ritual.

"...What was falsity became verity..."

"Y/N, come to your sense! He'll kill you! He'll kill all of us!"

Looking around, you knew you wanted to continue. You couldn't be married to Hoseok. You loved Yoongi.

"Time is a fast-flowing river. It spares no one. The bride awaits her bridegroom as she awaits her destiny. She is clad in white as if dressed in a shroud. Eternal peace will come for her. The wedding bell tolls. Take her away! Take her away! Come! Come for her! The young maiden is yours for eternity."

Your breath shuddered, as you finished the dragon ritual. You were waiting for any sign of Yoongi. Snow fell softly around you, but no sign of Yoongi.

Where is he?

You looked throughout the sky, but there was no change. He wasn't coming. Your body felt heavy as you looked at the calm water below you. Your head spun, realizing he wasn't coming for you. He didn't want you, and you had just thrown your life away.

"Take her away," Hoseok ordered, walking away.

You looked at a single snowflake dance before you, the wind growing heavier as you stood there.

You looked up to see Yoongi's dragon form flying toward you. You stretched out your hand for him to take you, a single tear streaming down your cheek in happiness to see your true love.

His roar filled your ears before he grabbed you in his claws more gently than the first time.

"So that's what your heart desires..." your father said softly as you flew over him.

You wrapped your arms around Yoongi's claw, your body now at peace with him.

Taehyung POV~

He watched as his once close friend grew in anger.

"Hoseok, don't!" Y/N's sister called out as Hoseok grabbed a spear.

Taehyung quickly grabbed hold of the spear knocking his friend to the ground. He watched the dragon carry Y/N away, knowing that this was her decision and she should have her choice in her own marriage.
