"Maybe we should stream sometime?" I read aloud and blush. Good thing about being an influencer is I don't have to work on days I don't want to. In fact, I have enough money to be stable and retired. But I don't work for money, I work to please. I work for happy fans and friends! (A/N: He's so precious!!!!)
I found Divino's stream last night and couldn't help but to binge stream his content. I adore his voice! He seems so cool! Wait, wait, wait, no. Their page says "they/them". They seem so cool! (A/N: their enby bc I say so, and I'm enby)
I type on my keyboard trying to find an appropriate response. "I'd love to <3" is all I feel I can say for now. I go to my messages and start typing a greeting.
"Hi, I'm Tiger! (I'm sure you already know that haha!)
"Anyways... Would you like to stream sometime? I can make us a server!" I say and muck around making random TikToks, without my mask. I love being Tiger, sure! But sometimes I wanna be loved as me too.
They respond after three minutes.
"Hello, Tiger! I'm Divino!
"I'm still in shock that you found my streams, haha! I'd love to stream with you playing MineCraft, unless you have some preference?
"Is it okay if my friend, Nobara (you may know her as "Thorns") joins us?
"Wishing you well, Divino."
I smile at my phone widely. Thorns, huh? I knew she was popular but I never knew that she currently knows Divino. Maybe I can ask her to give me his number... focus, Yuuji.
"Yeah! Sounds good!
"Thorns is a good friend of mine too, so that's cool! Do you have Discord? Maybe we can connect that way?"
I send the message, fretting their response. They type back within minutes.
"Nobara's setting up a server with you and I on it.
"Can't wait to get to know you more
"~ Fushiguro"
I laugh loudly, energetic. Normally, I'd get this high from a cup of coffee. Never from a person. I go onto my laptop and see that Kugisaki has a call on right now. I join and greet her.
"Hey, Nobara!" I cheer and she smiles. "I'm making a new Minecraft Server. Should it be survival or creative?" I ask and she laughs. I click on the game and a ping happens.
"Hello?" A soft (yet deep) voice sounds. The voice is so familiar but so foreign to me. It's Divino, stupid. I smile.
"Hi, I'm Yuuji!" I say and I hear a soft laugh. So... pretty. I continue making the server, my face bright red. I put on my mask and glasses and turn on my camera. "None of you mind if I film?" I ask and they both agree to me filming.
"Hello!" I greet the audience, and place a link to server (A/N: Don't play PC MineCraft so idk :)) on Discord. Fushiguro and Kugisaki join quickly. "If you're new, my name's Tiger! I'm streaming today with my friends, Thorns and Divino!" I say, smiling, and Kugisaki laughs.
"Hello, everyone!" She greets and we start to get resources and stuff. We all prank each other, yelling and laughing. It takes half an hour to find diamonds. For Fushiguro to find diamonds.
I start laughing behind their player, and they look at the pool of lava, separating them and the diamonds. "Tiger, don't you dare," they tease and I gasp. "You dare accuse me of doing such a thing? Never," I say, teasing in return, and they laugh. They start building a bridge to the ore and I punch them. They shout at me and I wheeze.
"Backstabber! Alexa, play Backstabber by Kesha!" They cry and I hear a female voice in the background. His Alexa.
"Pay for Amazon Music Premium to play Backstabber by Kesha," it says and I die from laughter. "We're not sponsored by Amazon!" Kugisaki says, laughing, and Fushiguro bursts out laughing too.
"No, no!" I say and Fushiguro tries to calm their breathing but fails to do so.
I collect the diamonds and Fushiguro punches me, in a Village, and I accidentally punch an Iron Golem in return. I curse and run around, Nobara setting a barrier around the Village.
"Please! Mercy! Mercy!" I beg and Fushiguro laughs. They collect their diamonds once I'm dead and we make a peace agreement. "You owe me one!" They say and I smile.
"How about I get my mask maker to get you a mask?" I ask and Fushiguro agrees. "Hey! That could be our thing! Thorns, you in?" I ask and she agrees too.
I end the stream there and Kugisaki thanks us for a good game. She leaves and I start editing, while still chatting to Fushiguro. "I'll send you the link to the store so you can choose yours," I say and Fushiguro thanks me. I finish editing and leave the call.
I lay back in my chair, content, thinking about them. They sounds so pretty. I hope he likes me too.
"Oi, Yuuji, I'm home!" I hear a voice and smile. Stupid older brother. "Ah," I sigh. "Nii-san!" I smile and get up. I hug him and he pats the top of my head. He brings ramen from the nearby shop, and we eat it for dinner.
"Who were you talking to?" Ryomen asks and I smile. Ryomen is my older brother, but people often confuse us for twins. He has blue eyes, inherited from Dad, and that's how Grandpa used to tell us apart. "Just some other streamers! I'll post the video tomorrow," I say and Ryomen laughs. He pats my head again and messes up my hair. I flatten it and he rolls his eyes. He heads off early, calling it a rough day at work.
"Ryo-san," I say and he turns before heading to his room. "You don't have to force yourself," I say and he chuckles.
"I know, Yuuji. Night," he turns again and I frown.
