Yes! Katya thought. She wants to go out dancing and feel Trixie's hips accidentally bumping into her. She wants to be able to make her spin and maybe check her out while she's at it. She wants to see her smile with her hands up in the air when the DJ plays a song she loves. Katya internally slapped herself, she probably looked like a freak just blanky into Trixie's eyes, and also an asshole. She saw Trixie's face, it looked child-like, with big hopeful eyes waiting for their parents to say yes. No matter how scared Katya could be from her newfound attraction to her roommate, she couldn't say no to those brown eyes.
"It's okay if you don-"
"No, no," Katya shook her head. "I mean yeah, yes, I do, I wanna go out," She's pathetic.
"Thanks!" Trixie smiled, her high cheekbones looking fuller.
"It's nothing," Katya shook her head once again. "We will have a good time."
"Last time we got drunk I had a blast, so, it can't be bad." Trixie winked before closing Katya's door.
Trixie huffed heavily after the door closed behind her, closing her eyes briefly. She wanted to laugh at herself, she really just made up that Kim didn't want to go out with her to go out with Katya. She walked to her room, seating down on her desk, and enjoyed the rest of her tea. She just had to do her make-up and it was early so there was no rush. What would've happened if Katya said no? She would be going out alone? She chuckled. Trixie played music as she took out her makeup bag, propping up the mirror she had brought from home in front of her. She wanted to look good, like any time she goes out, but there was a rush of motivation tonight.
It wasn't like she was planning to wear red lipstick because she had seen Katya wear it almost every day. Or like she was wondering what Katya would think of her outfit. This wasn't about Katya, this was about learning about herself, she would do this with any girl, it's just to find out. Trixie had prepared herself mentally, trying to forget whatever she had heard coming out of her mother's mouth. She had to give herself a try, running away would get her lost, confronting whatever has been going on was the solution.
She grabbed her favorite palette, which consisted of browns, off-white, black, and light pink colors. Trixie frowned, this look wasn't about shy neutrals, she wanted a strong lip and eye, she needed to make a statement. Her eyes glanced over to her collection of palettes, picking out the ones she knew had interesting colors. Green, pink, red, yellow? Trixie scanned her options, not convinced in the slightest. Then her eyes landed o a palette with a few blue tones scattered over it, and she smiled. The combination is perfect, a rich blue eye with her thick eyeliner, with the company of a dark red matte lipstick. Suddenly trying new things didn't look so scary anymore.

As soon as the door of her room closed, Katya's mind started spiraling, as well as her body, walking in circles in her room. She started thinking about what outfit she would wear, where were they even going out? What if this was all a plan to make fun of Katya? She sat down on her bed and grabbed her phone, childishly covering herself with the bed covers so Trixie would hear her. She dialed the last number she had called before and brought the phone to her ear as she closed her eyes and rubbed her template. What possessed her to say yes? This was a bad, terrible, horrific idea! How can something useful or positive come ou-
"Kat!" Bob answered, by the tone of his voice, excited.
"Hey,"
"Oh," His tone changed, noticing Katya's unsteady breath. "Something's wrong?"
"Yes! No- I mean if I say this to you, you'd say it's positive but for me it's hell."
"Tell me and then I'll know," Katya was sure Bob just rolled his eyes at the end of the line.
