Obito heard himself groan but when he opened his eye he was met with darkness. He felt his face to see if their was some sort of blind fold but there wasn't anything, just his own scarred face.
He tried to feel around himself but quickly found out he could only move so far. His torso had a metal ring around it and a chain that chained him to the wall. He could feel a stabbing pain from where he tried to push his way away from the wall. He felt around his stomach.
The ring had spikes all over the inside, like something people would put on a dog. Obito gulped. He heard movement of other chains here and there, he wasn't the only one.
Obito thought it best that before he actually stabbed his stomach he would sit down. Which he did.
He felt around himself and on the ground there was dirt and small rocks. Was he in a cell? Or just chained to a wall.
Obito opened his mouth to speak but was met with a pain in his throat when he tried. Obito's eyebrows furrowed. But that's when he remembered. He remembered that the mans foot had gone through him, was it his Sharingan? He never heard of the Sharingan to possess such an ability.
But sure enough he activated his Sharingan, it was calming in a way, but soon after there was immense pain shooting through his entire body. His Sharingan quickly disappeared and so did the pain. Obito fell to the ground gasping for air.
"You can't use chakra." A small voice answered Obito's silent question. He tried to figure out where the voice came from but it just bounced off the walls of the room. Obito tried to speak again, but again he was met with an excruciating pain. "They don't let you talk until they trust you. Trust that you won't scream." The voice was raspy but Obito could tell that it used to be soft, maybe high pitched even.
"If you were to see yourself, there would be seal marks all over your body, up to your neck." Obito couldn't believe what he was hearing. Whoever the other people in here were, they were all dogs to whoever the people that brought them here were.
"I'm sorry I couldn't warn you earlier, but I suppose it's better to learn the hard way." Obito only looked down in response. Not that she could have seen him look down anyway. Her voice had no sound of emotion, she sounded tired, but she didn't sound scared or sad. Something Obito definitely felt.
Obito stood up and sat against the wall, to have some support. The ring around his body was heavy, nothing he couldn't handle, but it was tiring.
Obito tried to adjust his eyes, but to no avail, he still couldn't see anything.
He didn't know how much time passed, he lost track of time way back when he first arrived in Madera's cave. But suddenly a door opened and light pooled into the room. It burned Obito's eyes, and by the looks of everyone else, they felt the same.
The first man that walked in had around 7 trays of food and water. While the one behind him had nothing, nothing but a large smile plastered on his face. It was obvious, the smile was nothing more than sinister.
He looked around himself to take in his surroundings. There was blood here and there, but yet, it wasn't his own. "Who lived here before me?" Obito rested his eyes on the chain that kept him from running away. It was rusty, no doubt, if he were to stab himself, he would get sick.
He looked up his arms and just as the mystery girl had said, a seal traveled across his entire body. Obito felt trapped, like a dog, trapped in a cage.
The man with food had done what he came here to do, he handed everyone food and water. But Obito didn't want to make an effort to eat until they left. Though, the last man, was messing with things throughout the room. They looked like speakers, but it was obvious thats not what they were.
Obito realized that there was one maybe in every cell as well. Whatever these things were, were no good.
Maybe it was the source of why the girl only sounded tired. He tried to look for her, but he didn't know where her voice even came from.
Finally after what Obito assumed to be a couple more minutes, the man left. The same smile plastered on his face, like it was printed on their. Like he didnt have a choice, his only choice was to smile. "Would I be like that one day?" About sighed as the room back pitch black as it was before.
He moved up to the food and placed the tray in his lap. The others doing the same.
Obito ate away at the food that was given to him. It made him gag, but he hadn't had real food in a while. Now that Obito thought about it, how hadn't he died from starvation?
Obito shook off the thought, he didnt want to think about that. He finished his water and set the tray aside. It was almost like everyone else was in sync, they all had finished around the same time.
Then a "sssssss" sound was heard around the room. He even heard a whimper from one of the children that were here with him. But he was given no time to figure out where it came from.
The speaker things sprayed and awful smelling mist. Obito coughed much to the seals dismay. Obito couldn't hold his breath any longer, he finally breathed in the mist and almost everything was hazy, but his body felt perfectly stable. He just couldn't think.
No... He could think, he could think just fine actually. It's just what he tried to the think about, that is what was Hazy. Finally the burning in his throat subsided and so did that strange mist.
It still clung to his body and mouth. It was like a layer of water that refused to drip off of him. He tried to regain his thoughts but it just seemed like he couldn't string them together to make sense.
After what seemed like forever he finally regained his thoughts. "What was that stuff anyway?" He held his head, his mind felt clouded.
