Obito must have fainted during the eye implant. Connecting nerves hurt, Obito now knows that. The Orochimaru guy wasn't in the room when Obito woke up, but maybe that was for the best. Obito stood up admiring the new acquired vision. Though, it was strange.

One eye saw better in the dark and the other saw better in the light. Maybe not a bad thing but definitely irritable. Obito didn't touch his eye, he didn't know if it would disconnect the nerves or not.

Obito looked around the room but saw nothing of interest. Just the smell of flesh. Obito decided not to stick around, the man said he would be called later. It doesn't matter if he were to just leave.

Obito activated his Sharingan. The other didn't activate but it didn't bother him. He walked through walls until he felt he had reached his limit. He didn't know where he was, he definitely didn't know how to get back to the the building he had grown to be familiar with.

Obito continued walking through a series of hallways. Trying to take a straight path as much as possible. He eventually found large doors that looked familiar, but then again, everything looked familiar in this god forsaken place.

Obito activated his Sharingan again and walked through the door. His eyes started watering. "Hngph." Obito crouched down and shielded his eyes from the beaming sunlight.

He wanted to stay as he was until he realized something. "It doesn't smell like flesh." After all this time the smell of blood and flesh had been something he had grown to be familiar with. Now that it wasn't there everything seemed clearer.

Or as clear as they were going to be, one of his eyes refused to open in the sunlight. "How long will it be till I'm able to open my eye again?" Obito shrugged. He can live a little longer without full eyesight. He stood straight and straightened his clothes.

The same clothes he had been wearing for a while was an entirely black outfit. It made him stand out in a green environment.

Obito looked over the greenery of the area as he walked. He didn't feel any chakra signatures. He hadn't seen trees or flowers in such a long time. It was truly a breath of fresh air. Both literally and metaphorically.

He finally found a road and decided to stick to it. Better than the brush and bramble of the forest.

"What are you doing in a place like this?" Obito jumped at the sudden voice. He turned to see a white haired man. Obito shrugged. He had enough of meeting new people for one day he just wants to go home.

"Kids get kidnapped in this area." The man said crossing his arms. "Was this guy from the leaf?" The headband the man wore confirmed it.

He took a once over at Obito. "Are you ok? Your eye looks severely bruised." "Ah."

Obito supposed that would make sense. It was a fresh new eye that he wished he had an eye patch for. "I'm fine. I don't even feel it." The man nodded with a smile. "Acting tough?" Obito furrowed his eyebrows.

"What would be the point of 'acting tough'?" Obito shook his head. "Hmmm." The man rubbed his chin. "Do you know who I am?" Obito shook his head again.

He seemed offended. "Well, then I'll tell you!" He smiled a large grin. "I am Jiraiya! One of the three legendary Sanin!" Obito face didn't change. He thought he heard the name before, but it can be because the name is catchy.

The mans smile faded. "Well, I'm on a mission. Have you seen a suspicious place around here?" Obito thought for a moment. "I met a man recently." He raised his eyebrow.

"A man with long black hair. A white face with purple around his eyes." Jiraiya's face darkened. "He didn't do anything did he?" The sudden concern scared Obito. "Was he supposed to?" The man flinched, he must have realized he was talking to a kid. "No, sorry for worrying you." Obito slowly nodded.

"You look around 15 or 16, I hope you don't need me around to protect you." His smile returned. Maybe in any other kids case the smile would have been comforting. "Right." The man looked at Obito questionably but Obito turned and walked his own direction away from this strange man.

The sun was almost set and he still hadn't found the building. Obito stopped to think, he needed to think of something he could look for.

Then it occured to him, the large thick tree that grew out of it. Obito jumped up a tree to look.

He had been going the opposite direction, but its better late than never. It had turned completely dark out by the time he had returned. He found the front door of the place, never occured to him it even had one. Could they really have left whenever they wanted to?

The door opened quickly and he was pulled inside. "Where the hell have you been?!" Obito looked at snout. "I didn't mean to leave." He pushed Obito into the wall. "Bullshit!" The man was probably waiting for a chance like this.

He knew the women he killed, he was angry. "Stop this nonsense now!" Bee yelled at snout. He smiled at Obito. "I see you have something new." He pointed his finger to his eye. "Some dude gave it to me." Obito straightened himself.

Bee seemed dissatisfied with the answer he was given but continued. "You decided to come back?" Obito shrugged. "Where else would I have gone?" Bee smiled. "I suppose." Obito was led back to his room.

Soon after the Fog erupted from every corner of the room. They were determined to make him forget the outside world once more. Obito looked sadly at his hand. One day, one day, he would be able to go outside without forgetting it.

Obito fell asleep to the fog encasing his body.
