Obito tried to ignore the bickering of his old team members. The Hokage especially. He was saying some... Awful things. They were directed towards whoever brought him to the base but still. "Suppose no one ever really wants to get on the Hokage's bad side." To Obito's surprise Kushina joined in. "No one wants to be on Kushina's bad side."

The girl whom he found out was named Rin wasn't necessarily crying, but it looked like she had been. Her eyes are red and puffy and she occasionally sniffles. Kakashi of course is upset, but he is quiet.

Such distinct personality. It makes Obito question who he was as a person. From what he saw in the pictures, he seemed like the ecstatic type. Or, like Naruto. But that seems so weird. Just imagining himself talking in a cheerful tone makes his cringe.

"Do you recall anything?" The Hokage finally asked. Obito was quiet. He really did want to think.

"I remember attending academy. Being late." Rin smiled at probably the reminiscing memories. Minato nodded. "The day the Iwa ninja attacked you two." Kakashi's eyes widened and so did Rin.

"I'm sorry?" Rin asked. Kushina looked at the two with confusion but quickly understood. Minato presented no face expression.

"I dunno when it was. But I was around 12 or 13?"

Kakashi looked at him with an unreadable expression. His mask hiding what he was feeling. "You were around then? When were you taken anyway?" His voice was calm but his eyebrows were furrowed. He is trying to piece together a timeline.

"I was running. I had escaped from my prior imprisonment." Kushina flinched at the word imprisonment. "Though... It wasn't the organization that had me then."

Minato seemed confused at the idea of another person taking his student.

"I heard your signature chidori. Then I was taken." Kakashi froze. This specific memory was no doubt engraved into every crevasse of his brain. A vivid memory.

"Then your eye heated up right?" Kakashi asked. Obito was taken aback by the question.

"Yea. That was the activation of the Mangekyou." Minato looked to ground.

"I had asked Fugaku what it was." Obito turned his head towards his old teacher. "It is awakened with extreme emotion, or emotional trauma." Obito answered for Minato.

"I probably didn't like the idea of being taken away again. Especially when the people I knew were in danger." Minato smiled instead of showing other emotions. Trying to comfort Obito should really be the last of his worries.

Kakashi was quiet.

"You have my other eye?" Obito finally asked. Kakashi was taken aback by the question. "Yea." He shrugged like it wasn't a big deal. "Do... Do you want it back?" Kakashi asked. It caught everyone off guard. Nobody in their lives probably imagines themselves asking such a question.

Obito was quiet. "No it's fine." Obito was also taken aback by the question.

Rin studied Obito's face. "Then what about the rest of your body?" Obito's as confused by the question at first. "Oh. You mean how I shouldn't even have an arm or leg." Rin nodded. She was uncomfortable by how nonchalant Obito was being about the questions.

"They are fake." Minato's eyes widened. And Kushina took a sharp inhale of breath. Kakashi was again unreadable and Rin made a pained face expression.

"Fake?" Minato asked. It definitely would be considered advanced prothetics.

"As stupid as it sounds, I'm pretty sure they grew back." Kushina made a dumbfounded expression. "Grew back? Like a lizard?" Obito didn't like the comparison to a lizard but ignored it.

"My fingers fell off once from frostbite and they grew back." Minato looked equally dumbfounded.

"So just grew back." Kakashi asked. Obito nodded. "It's kinda like you two." Obito pointed to Kushina and Rin. "How would it be like us?" Obito was confused. "You are Jinchuriki right? You the three tails and you the nine tails." They seemed surprised Obito knew.

"Does the orginization have this information?" Minato said seriously. Obito shook his head. "Not that I'm aware." Minato bit his lip. "Then how do you know?" He was equally as serious as before.

Rin seemed uncomfortable. And Kushina just looked confused. Was it a touchy subject?

"I am considered a sensory type ninja. I in general can feel the Kyūbis chakra quite easily and feeling another tailed beast isn't necessarily that hard once you have done it before." Kushina's eyes widened.

"So you knew! This entire time!" Kushina yelled. Obito nodded. "Since I first saw you." Kushina was quiet for a moment. "Not when you were a kid right?" Obito shrugged. "I wouldn't know."

Minato's eyebrows furrowed out of frustration. "This whole situation is much more my problem now." Minato muttered it under his breath but Obito had no problem hearing him.

Without warning Kushina hit him on the side of the head. It didn't hurt, or perhaps it did and Obito just didn't feel it.

Kushina had puffy red eyes. "You were my favorite, you know!" Rin and Kakashi looked offended. Obito was confused. "Then why did you hit me??" Kushina per her hands on her hips. "For fake dying on me!" Obito was flabbergasted.

"Sorry?" Kushina sighed. "I doubt you'll ever be the Obito I used to know. But I will shape you! Count on me! K?" Obito didn't know if he wanted to. "Yup." Obito didn't like the sudden change in atmosphere.

"I thought I was your favorite!" Rin yelled. Kakashi had already accepted the fact he wasn't the favorite. Minato looked over the document that had information on Obito.

Minato's eyebrows furrowed. He kept looking over the document and the pictures.

"How would they have any of this?" Obito was silent. Even though he didn't say it, he was wondering that too. Some of the information they would have, but some of it is to specific. The pictures especially. The pictures are things only the leaf should have.

Kushina frowned and so did Minato. Minato in fact looked nervous.

"A spy?" Obito finally said. Gaining the attention of all of them.
