Tobias shriveled back into existence soon after he left it. Instead of being in the village he was somewhat outside of it. He knew that he was leaving the only protection he had. He knew that he most likely overreacted. But he doesn't care. The Hokage doesn't seem like he will be invading the base any time soon.

And Tobias needs it to be soon. There is a whole new generation of kids no doubt dying at this very moment.

Tobias eyebrows furrowed. Bee... He was different. Something about him made him seem crazy. He was already crazy but he always seemed like the type of crazy who doesn't show it.

What made him show it now? What pushed him over the edge? Tobias started sprinting. He didn't know why. He didn't know why he felt like he needed to be the one to go. Especially when there are so many risks attached to it.

To go back.

He can easily be killed couldn't he? He knows they can kill him with the seal, right? Its just that they can stop his chakra flow, they can make him unable to speak. Is it really that farfetched to think they could kill him?

He can only hope they cant. It's the only hope he can hold onto, in a situation like this.

How come he was being so reckless? What made him feel the need to save the children in the first place? What would they even do after they were free? They didn't remember where they came from.

Those are questions for a later time. Questions he doesn't have time for.

He was going through trees at a very fast rate. A lot faster than he would deem safe, even for himself.

Finally he stopped. He clung to a tree. Sweat dampened his clothes.

He stared at the very place he wished to never see again, but yet he keeps coming back.

He didn't have time to think about what would happen if he was caught. He didn't want to think about what would happen. So he went in.

He didn't use the door that was obviously placed as a trap for those who don't belong in the organization.

He phased through the ceiling. He landed on the ground quietly. He doesn't feel any chakra signatures.

That should have been the first sign.

He wanted to find the children and make sure they were safe. To see if they were beyond repair yet. He knows his mind is scrambled. He is more than aware that mentally his brain is not okay. But to imagine what an unhinged Bee would do... It's not something he would want to imagine.

He looked frantically, he wanted to leave as soon as possible. But he couldn't sense them.

Why couldn't he?

Tobias stopped in front of a door he never opened before. It was an air tight room. Often used to kill those they didn't need anymore.

Tobias bit the inside of his mouth. He knew what he would find in there. But he didn't want to believe it.

He couldn't open the door as it was now. It was sealed. Not only with chakra seals but the metal that would open the door was rusted. It would either not work at all or brake in the process.

The only option now was to phase through the door. But did he really want too?

No. He doesn't want to. But he will.

Tobias felt his eyes heat up with chakra and he walked through the door. Greeted by the putrid smell of rotting flesh and blood.

The bodies weren't recognizable. Any hair that the corpses would've had were gone. Clearly cut off by the person who had done this. But the sizes of the corpses gave who they were away.

Children. Their skin was falling off and the squeaks of somehow still living rats, flys and maggots filled the air.

The maggots made it look like the children and the other corpses still breathes. The maggots writhed and wriggled under their skin eating whatever fat and muscle remained despite being starved.

But the other corpses. Some others were adults, most likely torture victims but there was one. He had a strong jawline. He had no eyes. The skin around his eyes made it look like they fell in.

Tobias felt cold sweat drip down his body. It was all too obvious now. It was Bee. Bee was dead, and so were the children. Did he kill all of them? Or did someone else?

Bee was mentally unhinged, you could tell. Whoever many years of doing this had obviously finally had gotten to him. Or maybe it hadn't and it was something else.

Tobias moved his hands then his legs. He wasn't done here. Not yet.

He turned and left the room the fresh air of outside the room didn't calm his nerves.

He made it to Bees office. He wanted to come here but he didn't think he actually would. But now that Bee is apparently dead, nothing is really stopping him.

Bee had several document on the children. On the kids he would bring here, he had seen one before. His own had to be here too.

The only think he had to look for was the name that ended with Uchiha. And maybe a scarred face. He didn't know where he got the photos.

There wasn't many documents. But just enough to make it take a while to find what he hope too.

They weren't organized. They were really sloppy actually.

Tobias flipped through the documents even finding his old friends.

Then finally he landed on the red haired girl. Her name was there. Yuhiko Aman. It described her as orphaned and stranded when found. No obvious village attached to her name was found.

So she really didn't have anybody to go back to.

Tobias was reminded when they would talk about if they had family and what they would do. She didn't have family she couldn't do anything.

Tobias figured he had finally stumbled amongst his generation. And he was correct.

There in his hand was his own document. The picture of a smiling kid with an unblemished face and yellow goggles with a leaf headband. A picture he wouldn't have thought possible to be in the possession of this organization.

Why did they have this?
