Obito waited in his room. He was nervous, he was scared. But he doubted that it showed on his face. He waited for people to come and they never did. Never coming to any of their rooms to punish them for killing their men.
It had to be the next day at this point. That's when someone came in. He didn't recognize the person but it was a women. She led him to a dining area. "A dining area?" He looked around curiously. It was like a lunchroom.
The other kids came after some time. They all looked just as confused as Obito. Better than the training room.
Obito sat down at one of the tables and looked around. The rest of the kids sat at the same table. He raised his eyebrow but they were to busy staring around the room to notice.
"Welcome." Obito turned his head. He recognized the voice. It was bee. "I could tell that you bunch weren't happy with the original arrangements." He smiled. Obito knew what he was talking about, it must have been the killing of 2 of his men.
"I thought about it, your kids. Why not treat this like some boarding school." Bee seemed way to happy about the idea. Obito furrowed his eyebrows but said nothing. The other kids seemed bothered just by Bees existence.
He pointed to an area. "That's the pantry, don't take more than you need." Obito shrugged. "Sounds easy enough" he doesn't recall the last time he ate, but it's not like his hunger was bothering him.
Bee smiled. "Though, I hope to not see something like that happen again." Bees KI radiated off of him like body oder. "Otherwise discipline will occur." The other kids nodded nervously.
"That's why no one came, they were let off the hook."
Obito's eyes followed Bee as he left. His smile long faded. A vien popped out of his forehead, he was mad. Obito couldn't help but feel grateful for the mans patience. As soon as Bee left the kids made their way to the pantry. Some complained that it was just crackers and bread, but its not like they were receiving anything better.
A tall skinny kid offered him some bread. "No thank you." He shrugged in response and took a bite before sitting down, still at the same table as Obito.
It was nice, to feel normal. He didn't really know what was normal and what wasn't, but still.
The women that trained them came in the room some time after. Again she told us to follow her and we listened. Though, she seemed a lot more on edge. I mean, could you blame her, apparently she's in the presence of some very homicidal kids.
This time was different however, it was endurance training. She was showing them Jutsu's.
Though she avoided me and the redhead. She looked kinda disappointed but I shrugged. "I doubt she's teaching them anything special." Her frown only deepened.
"It's not like I'm a ninja who already know's jutsu." The words stung admittedly. Because it's true, compared to everyone else, he has actual field experience.
She walked up to the lady and explained how she wanted to learn medical Ninjustu. The women shrugged. "I'm no expert in that field, I'd have to ask someone here." The redhead smiled and walked to her own corner of the training room. She was playing with a kunai like it had been a doll.
Obito looked around and found himself doing the same thing, except he was picking at his arm. It had become habit. Picking at his skin till there was none in an area of his arm then going to the next.
The slow talking women, which he decided to name Bird, left the room. She managed to talk so slow it was annoying, just like birds, only a bird talking was chirps or skuaks.
He didn't know if it were to continue, but they were once again taken down to the cellar. It seems pretty much repaired at this point. "maybe that's why they didn't take us earlier."
Obito was strapped down in the familiar chair, this time however, the chakra infused straps straight up burned him. The chakra was so concentrated that it burned.
Obito hissed in pain as a knife went through his legs. Though, for some reason, it was a lot easier to ignore. It's still hurt, Obito doubted it would ever not hurt. The man did the same as before, putting medicine, different poison's in his system, but they didnt make him want to die like before.
The poisons if fact barely bothered him. Maybe they increased his body temperature but that was it. The salt inflicted wounds still hurt like hell, but screaming would only give the man satisfaction. He honestly seems desperate to make him scream, if just a little.
The man left in a fit and a couple minutes returned and he carried with a him water. Obito could see the steam, he knew the idea of this method.
The man dumped the water on Obito's head, but just as before, he didn't even feel it, he was just wet and that's all his body registered. The man sighed. He did hand seals and a small flame erupted beneath Obito. He could feel the heat of the flame on his legs. He moved his legs away, but the man pushed them in.
Obito could feel the pain, but not the heat. And damn did it hurt. But Obito knew better than to scream. Or answer the questions that were being spat onto his face.
If this guy saw this as a damn competition, Obito would make it one. The screams weren't even as bad as they were the first day. There was occasional screams, but they all seemed to resist it, just to spite the people who were doing this to them.
Though, the reason for them doing in the first place was to build an 'immunity' anyway. So either way they are giving them the satisfaction. Just to different people.
Obito smiled as he was released from the chair. When he went back to he room he was met with the familiar fog. It left him tired so he fell asleep soon after.
