~time skip to the next day~
All five of us, four Curtis's plus a Cade, wake up around six in the morning. I take my shower first because my hair takes the longest to dry. I don't get dressed in my nice clothes yet, though. I don't want to mess them up while preparing food, so I throw on jeans and a t-shirt.
At nine, Ponyboy turns on the television to watch the Thanksgiving Day parade. We all love to watch the parade, especially Johnny. Soda, Johnny, Pony, and I all sat and watched it as Darry started the cooking. Eventually, Pony went to help him. Johnny and I still wanted to watch the parade, and Soda isn't allowed in the kitchen after what happened last year...
