Very Random One Shots

I watched as the four ghostbusters talked to the god, Gozer. Dana and Louis had turned into large guard dogs due to the spirits that inhabited their bodies. As I watched from the sidelines the voice from my dream a few weeks ago was telling me to step in front of Gozer. I watched as the scene between the two unfolded.

"Are you a god?" Gozer asked Ray who had been pushed to the front of the group. He looked at Gozer for a minute then turned to his group who was gesturing for him to answer.

"No." He said causing my to face palm.

"Then die!" Gozer yelled.

Gozer used his powers to send them flying backwards, it looked as if he was electrocuting them. Some of the team nearly fell off the building. I looked to Egon who had just noticed my presence. I then looked to Gozer who began climbing the steps. A crazy thought crossed my mind.

I looked back at Egon who was shaking his head and mouthing "no". I then looked back to Gozer and ran to the steps. I could hear Egon call my name which made Gozer turn around. Gozer seemed intrigued by me, causing him to come back down the stairs. He looked me up and down then asked me the same question.

"Are you a god?" He asked me.

"Y-yes." I stuttered.

Gozer closed his eyes and smiled.

"I can feel the energy radiating off of you." He said.

He walked down the stairs and stopped when he was standing in front of me. He started to circle me then stopped when he was behind my right shoulder. I felt his fingers trace my left shoulder causing me to flinch.

"If you are a god, then use your powers." He said.

"On what?" I asked.

"On my guardians." As he gestured toward the dogs that were once humans.

"You know I don't really want to hurt your—." I started.

"Do it!" He yelled causing me to flinch once again.

"Sorry guys." I muttered under my breath.

I held out my hands with my palms facing each one of the dogs. I focused my energy causing purple light to shoot out of them. I immediately stopped once I realized it was cause the two dogs pain.

"Good." Gozer said sweetly.

He then walked up the steps. As he did so he said to me "I shall spare you and you only." I looked at him shocked as he disappeared. I looked back to Egon who was now back on his feet. I quickly ran down the steps and into his arms.

"That was unbelievably stupid." He said as he hugged me.

Before we could say anything else to each other Gozer began speaking to us.

"Sub-creatures. Gozer the Gozerian, Gozer the Destructor, Volguus Zildrohar, the Traveler has come. Choose and perish." Gozer roared.

"Choose what?" Peter yelled.

"Choose. Choose the form of the destructor." Gozer said.

"Oh, I get it. I get it. Ohhh, very cute. Whatever we think of - if we think of J. Edgar Hoover, J. Edgar Hoover will appear and destroy us, okay? So empty your heads. Empty your heads. Don't think of anything. We've only got one shot at this." Peter said.

I cleared my mind as Egon kept his arms around me.

"The choice has been made." Gozer said.

"Woah! Woah woah woah!" Peter began expressing confusion.

I looked at Egon who was just confused then to Winston and lastly Ray. His face was very quickly becoming pale as if he had made the decision.

"The traveler has come!" Gozer said.

The ground began to shake. We all ran to the edge of the building to see what was happening. A large Marshmallow man was beginning to walk through New York City.

"Back up Y/n." Egon said as they charged their guns.

I backed up as they shot at the Stay Puft marshmallow man walking through the city. I would be lying if I said their guns did nothing to him. They had one affect and that was making him angry. The huddle together to talk about what to do as I stepped forward. The large creature was beginning to climb up the building.

"I have a radical idea. The door swings both ways. We could reverse the particle flow through the gate." I heard Egon say.

"How?" Ray asked.

"We'll cross the streams." Egon said.

"Excuse me, Egon. You said crossing the streams was bad." Peter said.

"Cross the streams..." Ray said knowing it was a bad idea.

"What if I use my powers?" I asked turning back to him.

"No way. I have no clue what you did but you are not doing it again." Egon said.

"But if I do it then it will only endanger myself and not the entire group." I said.

"I agree with Y/n on this one." Ray said which immediately got him the death stare from Egon.

"Fine, I'll focus on marshmallow man and you destroy the doorway." I said with a sarcastic smile.

Egon nodded his head and got up with the rest of his team. I turned around and was met by the sight of the giant marshmallow man on the side of the building. I closed my eyes and began focusing on my breath. I pushed out my hands and let my powers go.

I felt a small push back from the initial release but that was all. A large bubble surrounded the destroyer and he began to shrink. My eyes began to feel odd, in the reflection of my glasses I could see that they were glowing purple. As the boys destroyed the door the destroyer exploded in the bubble I had made.

I felt exhausted. I slowly made my way over to Egon almost collapsing in his arms.

"This is why I didn't want you destroying the door." He whispered to me.

He put away his gun and picked me up. He began to walk me down the stairs of the building. I listened to the rest of the group follow behind us.

"Where are we going?" I asked him as I rested my head on his chest.

"Your apartment." He whispered.

"Good." I said as I got comfortable in his arms. I watched him smile as I did so.

I passed out in his arms. When I woke up it was morning and I was lying in my bed with him. My head was on his chest and his arms were wrapped around me. I moved around a little causing him to wake up. He adjusted his eyes to the light and put his glasses on. As he looked down at me he adjusted his grip.

"Good morning." I said with a smile while looking up at him.

"Good morning." He said.

"Are you feeling better?" He asked me.

"Yes." I said

"Good." He said as he pulled me closer.

"What are we going to do now?" I asked him.

"Take the day off." He said with a smile.

"I like that idea." I said.

"Me too." Egon said as he got comfortable in his position.
