I sat in a dark room in a castle with my hands restrained behind me. I could feel dried along with fresh blood all over my face and body. My body felt weak, i had too many wounds to fight off anyone. I listened as heavy footsteps walked up from behind me.
All of a sudden hands gripped onto my hair and pulled my head back causing me to sit up on my knees.
"The strongest witch to ever live? I find that hard to believe." I heard an Orc spit out from behind me.
"A lot of people do." I said with a bloody smile.
I then felt the tip of a sword meet with the middle of my back.
"Tell me witch, why are you in the Orc kingdom?" The Orc asked me.
"I was just taking a quick stroll." I said tauntingly.
The pressure of the sword increased and the Orc pulled back my hair further causing me to grit my teeth.
"I urge you to tell me what your business is here or your death will come much quicker than you realize." He said into my ear.
"You know, I have always wonder what it would be like to die." I said.
As the sword entered my body, a large light emerged from the other side of the room. A bloody smirk was plastered on my face as Galadriel appeared before the Orc and I. Galadriel looked at me worried due to the state I was in.
"You have no business with this girl, let her go." Galadriel warned the Orc.
"I believe we do have some business to sort out." The Orc spat out through his gritted teeth as he pulled me hair back.
"Let go of her and I shall spare you from my wrath." Galadriel further warned the orc.
"I've already taken down one witch another won't be as hard." The Orc said confidently.
"Fine, have it your way." Galadriel said with a shrug of her shoulders.
She gave me a nod. I took that as my sign to teleport myself out of there with what little strength I could build up as Galadriel allowed magic to emerge from her body. I was now in the middle of a desolate land. There were only a few grayed hills, other than that the land was mostly flat. As I lifted up my head I watched as two figures climbed one of the hill tops.
I could faintly see bright white hair, causing me to smile. I'm assuming that he saw me as well because he began calling for me.
"Mother?" Legolas yelled unsure of whether or not it was truly me.
"Wait, is that?" I heard Tauriel ask causing my smile to grow even wider.
I listened as Legolas began running towards me, Tauriel ran close behind him. Legolas continued to yell for me. I wanted to yell at him to shut up in order not to alert nearby orcs but I did not want to waste energy on yelling.
When Legolas got to me, he immediately helped me up off the ground. He expression turned to one of great worry once he saw the state that I was in. Tauriel came up right after Legolas had helped me up.
"My queen, what happened?" Tauriel asked me.
"The orcs, they have a large plan full of traps and tricks for the battle that is about to occur at the city of Dale." I explained to the two.
"We must get there now." I said.
"How? The journey takes at least a few days, you don't seem to be in the best shape for teleporting." Legolas said to me.
"Don't underestimate your mother." I said. I could still taste blood in my mouth, meaning my smile was still a bloody one.
"What are you two doing out here?" I asked, trying to give myself more time to build up my strength to teleport.
"The orcs have another plan of attack, these flying creatures." Tauriel explained to me.
"The orc who had me had said something about that." I said.
"So you came all the way out here and got hurt just to get some information?" Legolas asked me.
"Well, I got it." I said.
"Come Tauriel, we must get to the city of Dale before the orcs. I can only teleport us right outside the city. I do not know the town that well." I explained as Tauriel walked over to me.
She helped Legolas keep me standing.
"That is fine, once we enter the town if there are other elf soldiers they will lead us to father." Legolas said.
I nodded my head and closed my eyes.
"Tauriel, you may want to close your eyes. The act of teleporting is not easy for those who have never done it before." I explained with my eyes closed.
I gave her a few seconds the made the trip. When we arrived, I almost fell. The two did not realize how weak this teleport would leave me causing them to underestimate my weight. Once they adjusted me in their grip, we immediately went into the city.
An Elvish soldier immediately recognized me and began to lead us to where Thranduil was. Tauriel left and headed for Lake Town due to the fact that Thranduil had banished her. The soldier took her place and brought us into the tent Thranduil was in.
My father, Gandalf, was there as well. And so was the Hobbit that we had been on the journey with. Everyone's attention fell upon me. Thranduil quickly ran over to me and took me from Legolas and the soldier, who was then dismissed.
"What happened?" Thranduil asked Legolas and I.
"The orcs, they have many traps planned in order to kill as many of you as they can." I warned them.
"They plan on attacking the city of full of humans along with surrounding your troops in order to close in." I explained.
"How did you get this information?" My father asked me.
I took a deep breath and let out a sigh.
"By getting captured by an Orc and getting tortured." I said causing the entire room to release a collective sigh.
"May I have a moment alone with my wife?" Thranduil asked of everyone.
They all left the tent. Once the last person left, Thranduil turned to me and obviously had a large choice of words for me. I stopped him before he could get a word out however.
"Before you say anything, I had no idea Legolas was in the area. I was alone when I got captured." I said as Thranduil sat down next to me.
"Why did you do this?" Thranduil asked as he held my very beat up face.
"To protect the armies that are about to dive head first into a situation they have no clue about." I explained to Thranduil.
"By getting captured and torture?" Thranduil asked me.
"I had to make it believable." I said with a shrug of my shoulders.
"You are unbelievable." Thranduil said shaking his head.
"That's not what the orc thought." I said with a closed smiled, not wanting to worry Thranduil further with the blood in my mouth.
He kissed my forehead.
"You need to rest." Thranduil said pointing out the obvious.
"I figured that." I said sarcastically.
Thranduil then picked me up and began to carry me over to a bed. I don't remember much else because I fell asleep in his arms.
