"Just so you are aware, America is incredibly sleep-deprived," Ireland said, entering the room.

"He always is. Why do you feel the need to announce it?" Guyana asked.

"Because he is too tired to focus on speaking English, which led to a very confusing phone call this morning, the point is, ignore him until he gets more sleep and we can all understand him," Ireland said. UN groaned. Of course something came up with America. Why wouldn't something come up with America on a day when they needed him to be here and talking in a language we all knew?

"Aloha kakahiaka," America said, walking in after Ireland, a cup of what UN hoped was coffee in his hand. He had large eye bags under his eyes and was swaying slightly.

"According to his kids, he hadn't slept in twelve days," Ireland added on, watching America in concern.

"Tsy dia zava-dehibe loatra ny torimaso. Ati pe Mo ṣeto igbasilẹ agbaye tuntun!" America said. UN groaned. This was going to be annoying.

"Ireland, we'll reschedule this meeting for a later date. Please get America into bed so he can focus on English," UN said. Ireland nodded, and America blinked sluggishly.

"កុំកំណត់ពេលប្រជុំឡើងវិញ។" he said. UN sighed.

"America, none of us-well most of us don't understand what you are saying. Please go to sleep, and we can do this tomorrow." UN said. America turned to Ireland.

"Apa, kérlek, ne csatlakozz ehhez!" He said. Ireland grabbed his shoulders, looking America in the eyes.

"I have no fucking clue what you just said. Now go to bed." Ireland said. Germany began laughing, and a few other countries joined him. UN sighed. This was incredibly annoying. At least most of the other countries who lacked an official language weren't insomniacs, so hopefully this doesn't become a common occurrence.

"Sajjeb," America said after a few moments. "Mwen pral dòmi."

America then turned to leave the room, and Ireland followed.

"I'll make sure he sleeps. Have a great day, everyone." Ireland called, guiding America out the door as America had started leaning on him for support.

"Anyone who lacks an official language is no longer allowed to be that sleep-deprived," UN said before going to leave. Nothing was going to get done today.
