[Conversation between the agents]
"Reyna, are you sure you want HER to go?"-brimstone
"We need her abilities. They could be of some use."-chamber
"It'll all go as planned. Just get the disguises ready."
[Day Of the Mission]
The disguise I was given looks very similar to a maid outfit. I am going to be catering food and drinks to all the wealthy guests. The others are going to be in different positions to see what's going on. They are either dressed as a worker or someone who's attending the party. I haven't talked to Chamber since I woke up in his bed and Im starting to think he doesn't want to be my friend anymore.
[At the Party]
"Would you like a drink sir?"
"Would ya look at that. What's a pretty little lady like you doing serving drinks to folks like us?"
"Just working haha."
"Meet me at 11 PM by the stairs. You are one fine gal. Before you go, what's your name?"
"Zara."
I try to walk away as quick as I can and go back to the kitchen for more things to give out. That old man had the Kingdom logo on his shirt, maybe he's the leader? I have to report to the rest of the group as soon as I see him again.
"I found our target."
"Chamber, Reyna, Viper, Sage, and Sova will all set up near you. Is that clear?"
"Clear."
"He told me to meet him by the staircase. Do I go?"
"Yes."
[Chamber/Vincente]
I'm starting to get a little worried. I should be focusing on the mission but it's just outrageous to let her meet the leader of kingdom. We don't know what tricks he's going to try to pull on us. Hopefully I'm wrong about this. I start to set up on the tower near the the balcony so I have a clear view of his room. I'll tell the others.
[Zara/You] {Staircase 11 PM}
"Hello, Zara."
"Hello sir."
"Let's go to my room. Shall we?"
"I don't see why not." I smile.
We arrive in his room and he says to give him a minute. I don't know what he's going to do with me but I know for sure it's not good.
"I'm back, cutie."
"Welcome back."
"Now, why don't we have a few drinks? I'll get out the cups."
He grabs the glasses for the win and places them down so I can pour some wine into them. I forgot to cover up the mark on my hand, I hope he didn't notice anything or thinks anything. I don't know what I'm going to do about the drinking part. I'm bad with alcohol.
"Let's go to the balcony."
"Honey?"
"Yes, sir?"
"Tell me what the mark on your hand is, and what does it mean?"
"It's just a tattoo that I thought was cute?"
"You're lying to my aren't you? Who sent you? Was it Valorant?"
"Huh? I have seriously no idea what you are talking about."
"Don't act clueless. You are coming with me. Tell me where the rest of them are."
"No."
"Wrong answer, hun."
We get closer to the edge of the balcony. He starts shoving me a little toward the railing. It's almost as if he wants me to fall off. I'm screwed for sure.
[Conversation between the Agents]
"I have a clear view on them. Near the balcony on the 27th floor, room 39." -Chamber
"On my way."- Reyna
"It looks as if he's yelling at her. He's getting a little aggressive towards her, rush in."-Chamber
[Zara/You]
"Please let go of my hand."
"Shut it. I'm going to withdraw all the radianite form your body and take your powers for my own. I can easily replace you and your little friends won't even know."
He takes a needle out of his pocket and cleans the tip. His grip is too strong, I can't escape. He slowly injects the needle into my arm, my vision starts to get blurry and I collapse on the balcony.
[Other Agents]
"Zara, can you tell us what's happening?"-brim
"..."
"Zara? Hello?"
"Chamber, what's your status on her?"
"On the balcony with the CEO, it seems as if they're holding hands?"
[Chamber/Vincente]
I watch Zara and the CEO closely through the scope of my sniper rifle. It's a little dark but I can manage. I watch as he grabs her hand and pulls her a little closer. I don't have any romantic feelings for her but I have to admit, I'm a tad bit jealous of him. I've only carried her or had her in my bed, not even in a romantic way. I clear my mind of those thoughts and get back to my job, watching them. As I'm looking closer, it looks like he pulls something out of his pocket. I don't pay much attention to it, it looked like a pen.
In the blink of an eye I see her collapse onto the floor. The CEO of Kingdom did something to her, I just know it. I quickly inform the others and wait for them to rush in the room. I wait a few minutes to get the signal to head down to their balcony.
