Chapter 4: Part I

[Chamber/Vincente]
I quickly approach the door. The signal had been given out and I rushed my way there just to see if Zara was alright. I heard Brimstone talking to Viper about the CEO, he managed to flee the scene before we could get him. I rushed to the balcony to see Sage holding Zara in her arms.
"She hasn't woken up yet." Sage shook her head.
     "I think that's enough for today guys, let's go back to headquarters and see what we can do with the information we've gather up." said Brimstone. We all agreed and got back on the jet to go back.

[Sage]
     TWhen we arrive back to HQ, I lay Zara down in the treatment center. She's too young for this. She's been getting hurt so much just because of her job. I shall talk to Brimstone and Viper about this, maybe Zara needs to resign. It would be for her own good.
    I slowly scan her to see what's going on. I identified the drug that was injected to her. It's made from a yellow flower in found in Japan, it's very hard to attain. This flower, when used wrongly can cause someone to go to sleep for a while. It weakens their immune system and will take a while for the person who has been inject to recover from it. I inspect her for any bruises and noticed a few bandages around her hip. I carefully unwrap it to reveal a big bruise. I start to wonder how she could have gotten it. She don't show any signs of pain? Maybe somebody else knows, someone like Chamber.

[Conversation between Chamber and Sage]
"Vincente, do you know why I called you here tonight?
"Negative."
"You seem to be very fond of Zara, isn't that right?"
"I can confirm that is very much true. Please get to the point."
"Mind explaining why she has a big bruise on her hip?"
"I have no idea what you are talking about."
"Chamber, you cannot lie to me. This is for Zara's sake, now will you please tell me what happened?"
"Alright. It all happened when she went on her first mission, Brimstone told me to head over to where the others were while she was watching for any flankers. She met her copy. They had a small fight, blah blah, she got a cut on her side. The end. Happy now?"
"Yes, thank you. Help me place her on the other bed, please."
"Okay."
     Chamber carefully you up and places you down gently and softly, making sure you aren't disturbed by anything else. Sage could see the look in his eyes, he wants you to wake up, he needs you to. As he lets go of you, he gently squeezes your hand.
"Chamber, one more favor. Help me change her bandages on her waist and arm."
"Should I really be doing that- don't you think someone- are you sure?"
"It doesn't matter. I already know you've helped her change her bandages before, what's so different this time?"
"I suppose you're right. Between you and me, none of this happened. Do not let the others know, please. Her training buddies would beat me to death.
    Sage giggles a little and makes sure not to break any promises. Chamber heads back to his room thinking about how he just touched her, again. He hadn't spoken to her in a while, not after they came back home that morning.

[Chamber/Vincente]
     I can't get her out of my mind. Will she really be okay? Maybe if I would have been watching her properly instead of being jealous none of this would have happened. I'm starting to miss our conversations, her smiles, everything about her. Her skin is so soft. I know I said I didn't have any feelings for her, but she's really starting to grow on me.
      For the next few days, I visit it her in the treatment center and help Sage with whatever she requests. I'm only doing it so Zara can get better again. I feel like she's going to wake up soon, I just know it.
