Hyrule's POV
I stared up at them from my place on the ground, back against a tree, hands bound.
The bokoblins were much smarter then I first took them for.
That, and I wasn't paying any attention when I went exploring this morning.
I hummed softly, tapping the tips of my boots together. I couldn't help but wonder what Legend would do if he were here and not in another time.
He would find me quickly (he's like Twilight or Wolfie in that way), then take out the monsters, then free me, then hit me upside the head and scold me heavily.
I also knew that it would take a while before the others really notice my absence.
But they'll come as soon as they do.
My sword was currently being examined by the monsters.
It was really hilarious watching them try to pick up my sword and screeching whenever it flung up toward their faces.
My sword was a lot lighter than it appears.
The sun was high in the sky when I saw a bush twitch on the other side of the clearing.
The wind was dead.
Time poked his head through, his eyes scanned the camp until they landed on me.
I grinned back at him and waved my foot in greeting. Time sighed and pinched his nose in response.
My grin grew wider.
Sky's head made itself known. It was covered in concern and bewilderment.
Sky's head disappeared again.
A few minutes later, Warriors, Time, Wind, and Sky launched themselves out of the brush.
I knew they would never do such a frontal attack, especially if the monsters were black-blooded.
And Four wasn't there either.
But I found him when the rope binding my hands together fell limp.
I pulled my hands back around the tree.
"Thanks." I said, rubbing my sore wrists. "I promise this won't happen again."
Four gave me a look.
"Okay, I promise this won't happen again without any one of you guys." I amended.
Four wasn't convinced but joined the battle anyways.
From my place on the ground, I could see that the monsters weren't infected, which was a good thing.
When the fight was over, Warriors walked over to me, my sword in hand.
He glared at me as I sheathed my sword.
The hero crossed his arms. "Explain. Now."
"Well, I was going for a walk, when the monsters grabbed me, disarmed me, and tied me to this tree." I shrugged. "The end."
"The end?" Warriors cried. But he paused and took a deep breath. It seemed like he was used to doing this to someone who was not me.
"You're lucky Legend's not here." Warriors warned. He pulled me to my feet and walked away, me in tow. "But you're still in trouble."
"Yeah, I know." I grumbled, rubbing my wrists.
I suddenly became very invested in the ground. It was not because of Time and his disappointed look. No. Not at all.
"Watch." Time said from above my head. "For a week."
"Yes sir." I said, giving a salute with the most serious expression I could muster.
Time rolled his eyes with a faint smile and I heard Wind snigger in the background.
"Where's Tetra and her crew?" I asked, noticing their absence as we picked our way back through the woods.
"They're on the boat." Four said, grey eyes flashing green. "We managed to identify the problem and more or less come up with a way to fix it. That's that they're doing."
When we came out of the woods, Tetra was standing on the prow, hand on her forehead as she scanned the tree line.
She didn't smile when she saw us, per se, but she did smirk as we approached. Which made me extremely apprehensive.
Two of her guys were carrying a log they had chopped down somewhere in the forest.
When they placed it on the deck, they and the remaining crew makers started chopping at it again.
"So what's the problem?" Wind asked, taking the lead and skirting around the operation.
He always seemed in his element on a boat or the ocean. Like he was born for it.
Which, I thought, he most likely was.
"We found a hole in the hull." Tetra said. "It's not that large, but could cause some serious issues in the long run. So we can fix it now, with extra wood to spare." She finished, examining the large log.
"Then let's get to it." Wind said finally.
