HOW MANY MOVIES HAVE YOU FILMED so far?" Eve said one night to him, one week after the Banksy exhibit opening. The days were creeping along to Christmas- now only being three days away- and the two had spent almost every other day together. That night Eve had spent watching Timothée playing Fortnite and yelling at children, but now they laid in his bed with him resting his head on her chest, her drawing lazy circles into his back and playing with his curly mop.
"You mean in total? Like till this moment?" He asked.
"Just this year, cause you have more than just Call Me By Your Name coming out this year, right?"
Timmy adjusted how he was laying, now laying with his hand wrapped around her waist and laying on his side, intensively looking at Eve in the moonlight. "Let me think," He looked away from her and gazed up at the ceiling, counting with his fingers. "Um, four are coming out this year, including Call Me By Your Name."
Her eyes widened, "Good lord."
"Yeah, it's been a wild year. I'm just lucky."
She moved her arm so that it was resting on his cheek, holding it and rubbing her thumb against it, "You're so talented though, you deserve it."
He looked up at her and she smiled softly, "Timmy, you deserve this. You're an amazing actor."
He moved his hand from her waist to touch the back of her hand on his cheek. "Eve," He whispered, moving her hand from his cheek and moving it towards his lips, kissing the palm. "Thank you."
She scooted closer to him as he held her hand, resting her head on his shoulder as they both laid on their backs. "I was so scared to reach out to you at fiest," She began. "I was so worried you wouldn't even remember me from high school, cause we were only like class friends, ya know? Maybe friends, but I'll say that loosely. I just kept telling myself after watching that movie that I should tell you that you were right, all those times you were gloating about your acting skills and shit, you made it and you were so talented." She held her breath for a moment, the silence in the bedroom consuming her. "That movie reminded me of everything I have ever loved about you and how much I missed you, so being here right now with you like we are is still insane to me. I always feel like I'm dreaming."
"Eve," He whispered. She turned to face him and saw his eyes were watery. "God, I had missed you, you poetic sap."
Suddenly, he rolled over so that he was on top of her, straddling her and looking down at her with a grin on his face. "I never told you this, but I was so in love with you in high school." He admitted as he began to play with her hair. Her breath hitched as she watched him gaze at her and all of her features. "I did things to get your attention all the time, because you made me feel like no one else ever had."
She hummed as a response, worried if she spoke that she would start crying over the fact that Timothée fucking Chalamet was admitting his feelings to her. One of his hands found it's way to her cheek, and then both of his hands cupped her cheeks. "Being with you made me realize how in love with you I still am, I don't think that'll ever go away."
He leaned down towards her lips and she closed her eyes, finding that his lips reached hers and in her head fireworks exploded. This was the first time they had really kissed, not just little pecks on the cheek or kisses on the forehead, but one that Eve felt would melt her away. She ran a hand through his hair, breathless kisses as he moved from her lips to her neck. "Is this alright?" He whispered in between kisses.
"Yes," She replied softly. She wished it would never end. All of her dreams of high school, getting with the boy she never thought would think of her past classmates, and now she was in his bed. Eve closed her eyes as he brought it back to her lips, she loved that tasted like his spearmint toothpaste. He pulled away for a minute, Eve opening her eyes to meet his and grinning, "We should do that more often."
