HOW MANY MORE AWARD SHOWS DO you really have to go to?" Eve asked on the phone the next morning while she walked to work. Timmy had woken up early, a bit hungover and tired, but he wanted the chance to talk to Eve before she was at work half the day. "So you have the SAG awards near the end of the month?"

"Yeah, I'm sorry, Eve. The next few months will be kind of insane." He huffed, "Also, I may or may not have gotten the role in another big movie..." Timmy started, waiting for Eve to respond but she simply stopped in her tracks, hoping he would continue his explanation. "It may or may not have Robert Pattinson in it."

"WHAT?" She screamed out loud, covering her mouth the minute she realized and looked around at the glaring New Yorkers. "Timmy, that's insane."

"I know!" Timmy laughed, "So you're not mad?"

"Mad? Not at all." Eve replied. "As long as I can see you sometimes then I really don't mind."

"You're the best," She could tell over the phone how tired he was, slightly slurring his words. "I promise when you join me in California we're gonna have a blast, but I do have some bad news about the next movie."

"Yeah?"

"It's being filmed in England."

"Oh?" Eve reached her office and made sure to whisper the rest of the conversation. "I just got to work, but when will it be filming?"

"I'll have like a month off from this upcoming movie, and then it's planned that it'll take the majority of the summer."

She hummed in response, "Well, as long as I can come visit. Or if you can come back for a specific weekend, that would be nice." She smiled to herself, "Like the Matisse exhibit..."

"Oh, you know I'll come back for that, E." Timmy promised. "I'll make a note of that now so I can tell them that's one of my only scheduled plans while filming."

"Thank you," Eve sighed happily. "It was so much calmer with you there last time, I think if I have to do it all again I will literally rip someone's head off."

Timmy laughed over the phone, breaking Eve into another grin. "Okay, I gotta go, T." She started as she reached her own office, looking around at the people frantic rushing around. "Keep me updated though and I can't wait to see you again."

"Alright, have fun at work! I'll text you ASAP!" She hung up and once she was in the privacy of her own office, squealed to herself. Despite the challenges of him being away sometimes, she knew she would be able to get over it for the reward of just being near him. That was enough for her, it always was. Even when he was a high school dick. She thought to herself as she checked her work email, a smile still resting on her face because of Timothée.

While she did her work that day, planning the exhibit for Matisse which included paint colors, decor, table arrangements, and pieces and where they would be located in their venue, her mind wandered to the thought of being with Timothée in the future. Would it be a constant go go go kind of lifestyle, never getting a breath until you stopped being relevant, or would it be a slow build and easy to navigate. What must it be like in his shoes to be at his own apartment so rarely, the dust settling over his favorite books and consoles, his sheets untouched for months. She knew she could never live like that, she was too much of a homebody and being away from her comfortable oasis and safe bedroom for such a long period- potentially months- sounded so exhausting to Eve. She hoped she helped Timmy feel more grounded, like him and Tyler had apparently said on New Years and even Timmy had said that to her before, but now realizing his busy schedule was getting busier and busier, she hoped the boys were right. She hoped her presence was enough.
