After eating my lunch, I left my phone sa table and washed the dishes. Saktong pagkatapos kong maghugas ay biglang tumunog ang cellphone ko. It was unknown number pero sinagot ko kase baka yung company na yung tumawag.

Hello! I said after answering the call.
Is this Miss Elizabeth Hernandez? The guy said. Yeah! Lalake yung tumawag but familiar ang boses niya.
Speaking. I answered. Who is this by the way? I asked him.
This is Simon Marcos, CEO of JSM company. He answered. Wait? Siya talaga yung tumawag? I was surprised kase mostly secretary and tumatawag pag ganito.
Hello po sir. I am really sorry about earlier. I wasn't able to answer your calls because I am in a call with my friend. I apologized to him. Hindi ako makapaniwala na siya yung tumawag saakin.
How did you know about that? He asked me. Ang cold ng tono niya.

Hahaha. You shouldn't be afraid of me. I don't bite. He laughed a little bit and said. Did he just laughed? All I thought he is so masungit and wont smile and laugh at all except when he is with his family.
Sorry sir. I apologized to him again. As what I am hearing from your employees kase sir, sobrang masungit daw kayo and you barely laugh or smile. I said to him. Totoo naman kase. I don't know, I feel comfortable talking to him.
Who told you that? Your friend? He asked me. Hearing him, it seems like he is also loosening up and feels comfortable talking to me.

I need to go already sir. I said to him when I saw its already 1 in the afternoon.

"Sir your meeting will start in 5 minutes. The conference room is already ready." I heard his secretary said. I know its his secretary because I recognize her voice.
I'll be there in a minute. He said in a cold tone. Bumalik na naman siya sa pagiging cold. After that I heard the sound of the door closing.
I'll be going already. I already have a meeting. What would you prefer me to call you? He said to me and asked. Bigla na naman nag iba yung tono niya. What is wrong with this guy.
Eli sir. I simply answered him.
Eli? That's cool. Okay then see you tomorrow Eli. He said to me.
Yes sir. See you tomorrow po. I said to him and he ended the call.

I really can't understand him. He is cold to everyone and he is to me at first but after a few minutes bigla na lang hinde but in all fairness I really enjoyed taking to him and because of that, I got really more curious about him."Joseph Simon Araneta Marcos" what is in you that makes me curious about you and makes me want to know you even more.
