Chapter 6: The Power of the Rinnegan

"Kaichou!" Sayaka shouted as soon as she reached the Student Council Office. She saw the Student Council President standing and looking out of the window just behind her chair while the Student Council Vice-President was standing next to her, looking out in the window too. She approaches the two and bows.

"It turns out that Tammy Edwards from 3rd Year Hana Class gambled with Yumeko Jabami from 2nd Year Hana Class instead of meeting you yesterday to show her around the school," she reported. "Kaichou, you waited for 3 hours yesterday for nothing! We cannot let these things pass without her getting punished!"

"She also beat Itsuki Sumeragi of 1st Year Hana Class, the new Student Council Member. Sumeragi-san is in the clinic right now. She's still suffering from a nervous breakdown from her game with Tammy Edwards. We should do something!"

She was angry. How dare that newly transferred student disrespect her president like that? The president has never done anything like that to anyone except for that newbie student but instead, she took the president's kindness for granted. For her, things like that should never be got unpunished. No one should ever disrespect the president. Also, she put Itsuki Sumeragi, a Student Council member into a nervous breakdown. She won't stop crying the nurses can't even talk to her normally. Due to this, she's unable to attend the afternoon classes.

However, the Student Council President ignored her. The Student Council President together with the Student Council Vice-President is busy looking out the window beside them. Out of curiosity, Sayaka looked out of the window too to see what they were watching. Her eyes widened as she saw who are they watching outside, it was none other than Tammy Edwards.

"T-that's her!" she shouted and pointed at Tammy Edwards who was busy talking to someone on her phone. Her left hand was in her coat's pocket while her right hand is holding her phone. "She had a tattoo on her right hand too! We should punish her for having that too!" she said, letting her insecurities overwhelm her.

Ever since Tammy Edwards arrived at school yesterday, she started to hate her. She insulted every single member of the Student Council except the Student Council Vice-President and engage in a staring contest with the Student Council President when she was introduced to them. And now she ghosted the Student Council President to gamble with someone instead and she's the main reason why a Student Council member was sent to the clinic after playing with her. Also, Tammy Edwards have seen her sniffing the president's chair and was afraid, thinking that she'll use it against her in the future. This and the fact that the Student Council President is making some time for her makes her hate Tammy Edwards even more.

"It's fine," the Student Council President remarked, not taking her eyes off the girl outside.

"I already have a punishment ready for her."

"It's actually my second day now since you know, time difference, but yeah. It turns out good," Tamara said, talking to someone on her phone. "I've made friends too!"

[That's good to hear. I'm glad you're making a progress on getting back on your feet.]

"Hell, yeah I am!"

[Speaking of progress... I hope you're making a progress too on battling your addictions.]

"What addiction?" she chuckled and kick the small pebble on her feet.

[Tamara-]

"Chill, chill. You take everything seriously, my gosh," she joked. She know that she's serious when she started to call her by her real name.
