The door opened with a click.
"How did it—"
The smile on Yoongi's face drops as he sees his brother stroll right past him, footsteps heavy and his eyebrows furrowed.
The older stands there, unsure of what to do, and Dr. Kim steps out, a somber look on her face.
"What happened?" He questions immediately.
"He got very upset and stormed out. We started talking about family. It seemed to bring back bottled up feelings and memories," she explains.
She could practically see the color drain from the male's face, his eyes full of worry.
"Shit—" Yoongi hisses.
Chun-Hwa lets out a sigh and places a gentle, comforting hand on the younger's back. "He needs a good support system more than anything. He is hurting. You need to be there for him until he's ready to come back and get help and talk."
The younger frowns. "What are you saying? He shouldn't come back?" he questions.
"What I'm saying is, it shouldn't be forced. This truly has to be something Jeongguk goes and does himself, and this doesn't seem like he really wants to," Chun-Hwa explains. "Just don't pressure him, okay?"
Yoongi bites the. inside of his cheek and nods his head. "Alright. Thank you," he mutters, and the older woman gives him a weak smile.
Shit–Shit–Shit
Was this the wrong move?
Yoongi's mind is running. He walks out into the parking lot, going straight to his car, hoping the younger didn't leave yet.
Jeongguk is leaning against the car, his eyes low and arms crossed. He doesn't even akwknowlage Yoongi as the older steps in front of him.
"Jeongguk—"
"Can you unlock the door, please?" he huffs, disregarding anything his brother says.
The last thing he wants to do is be lectured right now.
So Yoongi says nothing and unlocks the door, and Jeongguk is quick to get in, slamming the door behind him.
The older joins him on the driver's side, he stares, and Jeongguk just waits for him to get mad or yell.
He ruined today for himself, and he's certain he won't go back.
"I take it things didn't go too well?" The older asks, and Jeongguk doesn't respond. "You don't want to talk about it? Okay, that's fine, Jeongguk."
The younger shifts his gaze to the older, "Okay," he murmurs.
"Look, we have practice today, but you do not have to–"
"I want to," Jeongguk interjects dimly.
Yoongi studies the younger for a minute before pressing start on the car.
He wants to say something, but then he remembers.
"Alright," he mumbles.
Right... No pressure.

It doesn't take long for the two to join the group at practice. After several talks and reassurance that Jeongguk is okay, the two went inside.
They walk into Hobi messing around on Namjoon's bass and Seokjin sitting back on the couch, cackling as the older attempts to play.
"What are you two idiots doing?" Yoongi huffs as they walk in.
