The bar was packed.
Tables are filled with people, some standing around, waiting for the group. There's even a line outside of unlucky late comers, still hoping to see the band.
They have never seen anything like this before, especially Jeongguk.
"I thought this was just a small thing," he mutters.
Yoongi lets out a snort watching as girls wave at the younger, calling his name, doing anything to get Jeongguk's attention. "This was your doing, Jeongguk," he says teasingly.
"What? Are you nervous?" Namjoon questions with a playful smile.
"No," he mutters
He has no reason to be nervous. They've been practicing for weeks–he's been practicing alone every day, but, for the first time, he's feeling unsure and queasy.
He watches as Namjoon signals everyone to get into their places, and he follows suit.
He swallows back the dryness in his throat as the older introduces them, and cheers erupt from the crowd.
He eyes his group nervously as Hoseok counts them in, and Yoongi gives him a supporting smile.
He takes a deep breath in and begins.

"Holy shit, he's good," Taehyung yells to the two. He could barely hear himself over the fans screaming, calling the members names.
Seokjin's eyes pull up from his phone to the group, and he nods.
Jeongguk had looked like a nervous wreck all day, but the moment the music played, a switch flipped.
Namjoon is right. Jeongguk is a natural performer. He has the kind of stage presence that can't even be taught.
Suddenly, he's suave and charming. A smirk across his face as he sings, fingers skillfully plucking at the guitar strings.
His voice is something Seokjin can't get over, something he can't even describe.
Jeongguk sounds like an angel. His voice is what Seokjin imagines falling in love would sound like. Lovely.
Seokjin is certain that's what everyone else thinks from the way they scream the male's name. Jeon Jeongguk is truly something else, and Seokjin hates him.
The younger sulks, placing his phone down. "They're wrapping this song up. I have to go back and get them food and stuff," Seokjin huffs.
"Can we help?" Jimin asks with a pout.
"Yeah, can we?" Taehyung questions, a bit too eager for Seokjin's liking.
He already knows the two have something else in mind, and it definitely has something to do with his hyung, Hoseok.
Seokjins eyes travel to the stage, and he can barely hear as Namjoon tells the crowd they'll be back. He looks back at his hyungs, giving him big pouts and pleading eyes.
The younger groans, "Fine, come on."
He doesn't waste any time pushing through the crowd straight to the back, opening up the cooler and the bag of snacks he brought like he always does as the four come off stage.
The door opens, and the bar owner walks in, a grin plastered on his face as he shakes hands with Namjoon. "You guys are doing amazing. I've never seen this place this packed before," he exclaims. "Look, take a thirty-minute break, go out there, and enjoy yourselves. Food and drinks are on the house."
