Harper woke up early and got dressed into a white lace cardigan over a tank top tucked into brown printed shorts. She accessorized with an owl necklace and boots.

Today, she was on her way to spend the day at the Davenport mansion.

Tasha had persuaded Mr. Davenport to take a vacation, leaving only the teenagers at home for a few days.

Harper began her walk to Leo's house. With frequent trips to the mansion, she had built more muscle in her legs, which she didn't mind at all.

When she finally arrived, she knocked on the door and waited.

Leo opened the door, surprised to see her so early. "Hey, Harper. What brings you here?"

"Good morning to you too, Leo." Harper greeted sarcastically. "I'm here to help, as usual."

"Don't worry, I know the rules- no touchy-touchy Davenport's stuffy-stuffy. It's time to prove I'm responsible."

"I still know you."

"Yeah, you're right." Leo admitted, stepping aside to let her in.

Harper smirked. "I'm always right."

"You're starting to sound like Chase." He pointed out.

"Don't start." She warned, giving him a glare.

Harper hung her bag on the coat rack before she and Leo entered the elevator. The doors closed behind them, taking them down to the lab.

Leo whistled, and Harper smiled as they walked out of the elevator. Leo pressed the button to open the lab doors.

"Good morning-ah!" He exclaimed.

Harper was shocked by the chaotic state of the lab.

Papers were scattered on the floor, chairs were flipped upside down, Adam was in an inflatable boat, and Chase was fumbling around the cyber desk, looking bewildered.

"It hasn't even been twenty-four hours since Mr. Davenport and Tasha left!" Harper shouted as she navigated through the mess.

"Leo? Harper?" Chase called out. "Is that you?"

"What happened?! All I did was go to sleep!" Leo yelled.

"Something happened to my vision. I can only see pixels." Chase explained before stumbling over an object and falling to the ground. "I'm okay."

Adam waved at Leo and Harper. "Buddies up what's."

"He sounds different." Leo stated, pointing at him.

Chase sat up and leaned on the cyber desk. "Yeah, that's cause he can only speak backwards. It was fun for about the first five minutes. Now I just wanna rip his head off."

Harper and Adam hurried over to Chase to prevent him from falling.

"Wait, if you're here, then where's Bree?" Harper inquired.
