JASPER'S POV

"Hijo, dito ka na din ba matutulog? Aayusin ko na ang kwarto mo." - tanong ni Manang Erna, katulong namin.

"Hindi po. I will stay on my condo po." - I said.

"Jhaypee, why don't you stay here for tonight? Gabi na din naman. Just rest here na lang. Then go  back to your lifeless condo tomorrow morning if you want" - ate Jasmine said while she's busy reading that magazine. Tsk, lifeless condo, huh? -_-

"Sige po, Manang. Paayos na po. I will sleep here." - sabi ko kay Manang na ngumiti at umakyat sa taas para ayusin yung kwarto ko.

"Where's kuya?" - I asked her. Bigla na lang kasing nawala si kuya pagkatapos kumain.

"Oh, I think nasa favorite place niya lang yun. And I'm sure he's drinking."

I left her there on our living room and went upstairs. I know where he is, he's in the veranda.

I saw him there, standing and watching the stars. And... he's drinking. Like ate said. Nilapitan ko na sya.

"That's your dessert after dinner? A beer?" - then I chuckled. I saw him in his shocked expression pero nawala naman agad yun.

"Hehehehe. I think this will be my hobby from now on." - he said with a sad smile. I know, he's so sad right now.

Justine Lorenzo Sandoval. My brother. 21 years old..

"Hmmm.. So, how's your trip, bro?" - I asked

"Well, it's nice to be there." - he said while staring at his drink.   "You want a drink?" - he asked.

"No, thanks. I'm already full tonight. No room for more." - I answered with a smile. Then he smile, too.

Time for silence. No one is talking. I don't know what to say either.

"What happened, kuya?" - I asked seriously.

"HAHAHAHAHA Kailan mo pa ako tinawag na kuya, bro?" - he asked while laughing. But I know that it's just a fake one. I never call him KUYA before. Laging bro, dude, or anything.

"How's ate Milisse?" - I asked. With that question, he became more sad.

"You know already? Who told you?" - he asked but I didn't answer.   "Did your ate Jasmine tell you? Or mom?" - he asked again.

"Ate told me. She said that... you ang ate Milisse broke up."

"Oh, that? That's nothing, dude. 'Wag mo nang problemahin."

"No. Tell me, what happened?" - I asked.

"Ok, I'll tell you. Since you're my tiny brother..." - then he smirked then take a shot of his alcohol.

"She changed. I mean, last few days nung kami pa, parang... nagbago siya? Hindi na siya yung Milisse na nakilala ko, yung girlfriend ko. Parang hindi na siya yun.." - then he drink again. I take a shot, too. You know, it's a man-to-man talk.

"I don't know if it was just my imagintaion or something, but... she became uncomfortable with me? Yeah, whenever I'm around, she will go away. She don't want to have a conversation with me. She don't want me to drive her to the shop or to drive her home." - he paused
