Chapter 24

Chris POV

The party has ended. Other than a small group of close friends. Ma has gone to bed. Not before she gave me the biggest hug and kissed my cheek. "So glad it ended up being you Christopher." She said smiling. "Me too Ma." I grin back. Ma approves. Clo approves. It seems though everyone does. All sitting by the fire pit near Hemsy's pool. Everyone in comfortable clothes just spending time. Never imagined this would happen. I didn't realize how many of us were spending the night tonight. The others sending their assistants to get things from the hotel. All of us trying to help Aud through. Making her laugh. That and telling stories of all the years that we made movies together. The behind the scenes things. My girl and her being such big fans it really was cool watching the way they reacted. Bradley hasn't left her side. You can tell he really cares for her. I paid the bar staff to stay longer. Then even more when they left to leave certain bottles behind. Aud needs this tonight. They need this. Sometimes I think I take for granted what we do. How it effects people. Audrey and my love are perfect examples. Because of our movies they have found a friendship most don't ever find. Along with Lexi. A bond that most women never share. That's what they found in the thing I tease Bri about. Being a fan girl. Now seeing it from the other side? It's wicked cool. When I told everyone they were floored. And honored. But sad. Because one of us cause so much hurt. Almost tore that apart. Probably why the ones that are here are still here now. I haven't been able to talk to Bri. I can tell she feels awful. Knowing her. I know how she thinks. She is blaming herself for what he did. It's not her fault but, she does this to herself all the time. "Bri get that damn look off you face." Lex scolds her. I got to get to know her tonight. I like her. She's a straight shooter from the south. Wicked funny too. It seems like I'm not the only one. As Seb has been following her around like a lost puppy. He even asked his assistant to pick up her things as well. She blushed thanking him. "What?" Bri says trying to play dumb. "You know damn well what girl." She sighs. "This isn't your fault." Aud tells her. "I feel like it is." She says sadly looking down. "F*ck that noise Sabrina. This is all Hiddleston's doing. Never thought he was a creep like this but wow." Scar puts her hand on my girl's shoulder. They have been texting and getting to know each other. Even more when I told her we are seeing each other. I adore they get along so well. We have been friends for decades. "None of us did. He is a damn fool Audrey." Mackie puts his arm over Audrey's shoulder. "Yes he is." Bradley sighs. "Bradley," Aud starts to talk. "Really Audrey. Don't worry about it. We can talk another time ok? Right now let's just worry about you." He smiles gently at her. She shyly smiles back. Mackie handing her another shot. "You're a bad influence Anthony." She laughs. "Take it light weight." He chuckles back.

"Oh my god I'm so drunk." Audrey giggles. She really is. The four of them are quite funny to watch together. Non stop giggles. After a couple hours everyone not staying here has left. It's down to just a few. Chris and Elsa told Lexie to stay here. Aud would need her. It was funny to watch Seb's face fall. He knew they were staying at the same hotel. "The pool house has plenty of room for you Lexie. Seb and Anthony as well." Elsa says slyly. Biggest grin ever from Seb. Lexie too. I ask Bri what that was all about. She whispered back. "That. That my love, is Sebby's biggest fan girl. Mrs. Barnes herself." She drunkenly giggled. I joined her. Anthony went to the pool house to pass out. "Guess I'm not the light weight." Aud laughed at him. He snickered out good night. The four girls now sitting together. Giggling away. Whispering so we can't hear them. It's rather cute to watch them behave like school girls together. "What do you think this is all about?" Hemsworth laughs. "My guess is us. Seeing is that I know at least three of them there are total fan girls Hems." I chuckle. Seb's eyes widen. "What?" He looks excited. "Seems it Seb." I pat his back. All of us have had a bit to drink tonight. "You know the girl you have been hanging on every word she has said tonight? She is a big fan of Bucky. From what my girl said your biggest one at that. Bri even calls her Mrs. Barnes." I crack up watching his jaw drop. "You're only telling me this now? What the h*ll man?" He exclaims. "Dude I just found out like ten minutes ago when my girl told me." I smirk. "Well sh*t." He takes a sip of his wine. Looking more nervous. "Calm down kid. Trust me it has it's advantages. I would know." I laugh really loud. "F*ck Evans. Please stop." Hems shakes his head. "Nope. Never going to happen. She tells me not to stop all the time." Everyone but Hems dies laughing. "I thought I liked you dating my sister bro. Now I don't know." He does a grossed out shiver. I look over to my baby across the way. She is laughing hysterically with her friends. Elsa is shaking her head at her. Through a fit of girlish giggles I hear the word suit. They wouldn't be. Who am I kidding? Of course they are. All four of them. I have to call her out. "Hey beautiful! Whatcha talking about over there that is so funny?" My grin splitting my face in two. She looks up. All four of them turn red. Well maybe not all four. Elsa is dying laughing that's why she is red. It's not embarrassment for her. "He caught you my girls." Her laugh fills the air. Bri smacks her arm telling her to shut it. "Mjolnir my love?" Hems calls out. His wife spits out her drink laughing. "Yes my darling!" She smiles. Sabrina buries her face in her hands. "I can get a suit baby girl if you want. Anytime you want. The one from Infinity war maybe?" I wink at her. Her jaw drops "I believe there is someone called Nomad Steve you know about well right? Or want to know that is. I think he wouldn't mind meeting you either." She lightly punches Aud's arm knowing she ratted her out. Then Lexi bends over laughing. Bri gives her a look. "Hey Sebby!" She looks at Seb. "Still have the metal arm?" She turns her stare to Lexie. Who instantly stops laughing. Then shoots my girl one heck of a look. I gaze at Seb and try not to laugh at his reaction. I have literally never seen Seb blush. Ever. Then he smiles like a fool at Lex. "I don't Bri. But I do have the jacket and gloves." Sabrina and the other two crack up. Watching Lex turn white. "I hate you girls so much." She giggles shaking her head. "Kinda thinking this sucks I was CGI now." Bradley joins the fun. Audrey smiles at him. Well look at that. They go back to their conversation. "Oh you boys are in for a fun time. As much as it makes me want to throw up saying it about three women who have turned into my sisters. Get the suit Evans. Trust me." The Thor laugh rings through the air.
