Audrey POV

God I feel so tired. Drained. Physically and emotionally. It's been a long few days. Month really. Since I found out Bri was with Tom. My heart ached but I would've never told her that. Just like she would've never said anything to me if it was the other way around. She's my truest, closest, best friend and I hers. Whenever she told me to go for it I was about to burst with joy. Now, my heart is shattered completely. I'm empty. I had everything I ever wanted handed to me and now it's slipped away. I had to leave Australia earlier than planned. I couldn't handle being there anymore. Even though with I knew Bri needed me. Clo too. I feel bad I let them both down. But Lexi stayed. She had Chris and her mom there too. Countless friends as well as our Aussie family. Finding out Zach Levi was the father of her daughter still shocks me. I'm surprised she never told me. I'm one of the few people she trusted with her whole past. I don't know why she didn't tell me. Makes sense why she never wanted to watch Shazam with me and Clo though. Or the look on her face when Lexi and I would say how hot he is. She would always say that she just didn't find him attractive. That she heard he was an *sshole too. Changing the subject every time to her Chris. Which is what she used to call him. Now he truly is. That, The Evans and of course America's *ss. Always making me laugh. That triggered Lex with her Sebby as she calls him. Then me. Me with Tom. Tears prickling my eyes. I miss him. I know I should hate him. Move on with Bradley. He's a wonderful man. He's been in contact with me everyday. To check in. See if I need anything. He's so patient and caring. Handsome as heck too. I wish I could fall head over heels in love with him. I just can't. My heart belongs to Tom. Maybe over time it'll get better. Right now though. It can't happen. It won't happen. But I'm happy to have him as a friend. Bri called me yesterday to check in. Also to let me know that Clo had figured everything out. My little angel. I always knew she was perceptive. That it wouldn't take her long to figure it out. I ask how she was handling it, Bri laughed. "She's thrilled actually. Her dad is a super hero and a Disney prince. Plus a major nerd like her. She thinks he's the coolest thing ever. You know that. I thought she would be angry or confused. She just said she gets things happen. She wants to have a relationship with him it seems." I could hear her smiling on the other end of the line. "Chris?" I asked concerned after I saw his reaction the other day. "We had a long talk. I told him it all Aud. My past. He seems to understand. He told me he loves me more than anything. The past is the past. Our future is what is most important. There have been a couple moments you could tell he wanted to smack the sh*t out Zach thought." She cracked up. Chris seems to have a jealous streak. I ask what happened. "I was cooking and baking like I do when I'm stressed. I had music blaring. You know how I usually dance around the kitchen. I didn't know Zach was behind me. Watching me I guess." She sighed. "What? Don't leave me hanging here." I asked her. "He made a comment. Chris had just turned the corner as he said it. I thought he was going to knock him out." She laughed. "Oh my god what did he say?" I was shocked he was so bold. But Bri has that effect on men. "He asked where my *ss came from. I was like a stick back then as I told you. When he saw me last. He said he missed watching me dancing in the kitchen. That he wished he had dollar bills on him. I know he was joking but Chris did not find that funny at all." Her giggle came through the phone. "Do you blame him?" I laughed with her. We moved the conversation on as Chris had walked into the room.

Watching my two best friends falling in love with the two men they always wanted Chris and Sebastian. You could tell feel the same. It was too much to handle. I'm truly trying to be happy for them I am. They're my two favorite people in the world. I love them beyond words. I want them to be as happy as they are. It feels so unfair though. They have happily ever after. The one we used to joke about for years now. Bri always wanted Chris. Lex and Sebastian. Me and Tom. Our wildest dreams came true. While they seemed to have found forever I only got a week. Not even. I've been trying to get out of bed for the last couple days. My daughters come to check on me. Begging me to get out of bed. To eat something. To take care of my dogs. I don't even have the energy for that. I just can't. They have left me alone for today at least. To wallow in my misery. I've kept my room dark. I can't look at all the things I have in it of him. Being a fan of his for years I've collected quite a lot. It's too painful to look at his face. My memories filled with the few days I had with him in London. How much fun we had together. He showed me more than I had seen before. I have been to London twice but never had I seen it like that. He even took me on the Eye at night. Our own little capsule. It was so romantic. That's where we had our first kiss. Tears are streaming down my face right now I can feel it. I wish this pain would go away. I've been ignoring everyone today. Including Bri and Bradley. Lexi has tried to reach out a couple times as well. I just want to be left alone. The front door slams. Great here we go. My daughters once again. My two pups happily barking. "Hey babies! Auntie missed you. Girls? Where is she?" Bri's voice rings through the house. Making me cry even harder. My daughters must have called her. Not knowing what else to do. "She is upstairs Bri." My oldest sighs.
