Questioning

"I just flirted with the Golden Guard!!" Edric shouted when he burst open the doors of his twin sister Emira's room.

"Wait what?" She gave a puzzled expression.

Edric's face grew red like a tomato and his tapped his foot nervously. "I- I think I just flirted with the Golden Guard to get out of trouble." He looked at the ground not wanting to see Emira's expression.

"Well did it work?"

Edric snapped his head up at her, shocked at her response. "I think it kinda did, but he didn't seem to really like the flirting all that much, he did just let me off with a warning," Edric explained.

Edric honestly really wasn't sure. Did it work? He kinda flirted back with me, but that kinda doesn't mean anything. He did let me go though, but that's because you didn't really do anything.

Edric was conflicted. One half of his brain was telling him one thing, and the other half another.

"Soooooo, do you like him," Emira asked, pulling Edric out of his thoughts.

Edric blushed. "I-Im not really sure, I just met him but he's really cool, and he has this adorable voice, I wish I just knew what he looked like under that mask, I bet he has the most gorgeous-

Emira coughed stopping Edric's rant. He sheepishly looked away smiling.

Emira smirked. "Well it seems you do have a bit of a crush."

Edric finally came to terms with it. "Yeah it appears I do, but wait he's the Golden Guard, he works for the emperor's coven." Edric couldn't have a crush on him, he was one of the bad guys, that's way too cliche, and also just not good.

Edric looked down, upset at the outcome. Emira put a hand on his shoulder and gave him a warm smile. "Maybe you just need to learn the real him, or you know, there's always other people out there that aren't celebrities that happen to be working for the emperor."

Edric wasnt entirely fond of the idea but he would give it a try. "Thanks Em, I'll try to listen to your advice."

Emira smiled. "Good, cuz you're gonna need it if the Golden Guard didn't seem flattered by your so called "flirting," Emira teased.

Edric made a pout. "Hey...."

Meanwhile....

Hunter had just made his way back to the castle and into his room where Flapjack was waiting for him. When he entered his room, Flapjack imediatley flew to him eagerly tweeting happily.

"Hi Flapjack, I'm happy to see you too, so hey can I talk to you about something...."
