It is amazing to write a story like this. It's amazing but also heartbreaking. Although it's just a story, many of the elements in the story are true. I have spoken to so many people who have been abused by their parents, blamed for the things that go wrong in their parents' lives. Then there are people who are bullied for weight, race, sexuality, height and more. So many of these people admitted to self harming. A small few admitted to trying to have killed themselves once or more.

I have heard so many stories and each one is heart breaking. Each story is so different and yet so similar. We have heard of people who committed suicide due to bullying or abuse but there are so many who don't have their own stories told. They die and are unheard of, not even cared about. It's truly horrendous.

I write stories that people can relate to. You may know someone who is being bullied. You may know someone who self harms. You might be abused. You might have suicidal thoughts. Adam didn't see that there is help out there. Adam's story has been told in the worst way imaginable. Suicide is not a way to make things better. It's a way to let it never get better. Wherever you are in the world, you are never alone! There are so many helplines out there. Even a friend or a family member. You are never alone.

If you self harm, then stay strong. I speak as a self harmer who has attempted suicide once or twice and self harmed over a period of three + years. I now devote my life to getting my own story told and create awareness. Stand with me to tell our stories. Our stories have not yet been told! Let's make things better and tell our stories to make more people aware that not only is there help out there, that you are never alone.

On the next page will be a list of links to pages, websites, phone numbers for places around the world. Unfortunately, the world is a very big place and I won't be able to find numbers for EVERY PLACE so please read the note to get the help that you may need if your country's helpline isn't up there.
