"Something smells amazing" Tiego said when he walked in. Tshiamo looked at him and smiled. "I just made some dinner...come join me. I hope you're hungry". She said.
They had dinner, some light conversation and went to bed. Tiego didn't want to ruin their night with all the issues he's dealing with at the moment so he didn't talk about what he went to do at his parent's house and she didn't probe. She just wanted to be in his arms.

5am on a Sunday morning, Motheo found himself driving to Tshiamo's apartment. He was able to find out where she lived after he didn't find her at her parent's house on many occasions. He hadn't seen her in almost a month and this was now the 5th day he'd been here and not found her. At this point he had missed her alot. He walked in and explained to the security guard where he'll be going, made up a story so that they'd let him in and so they did.
He got to the door knocked and waited for a while, knocked again and then left. He decided to wait in the car, thinking that she would have to come out at some point.
At around 8:30am, Tshiamo's car pulled up and he saw her but she didn't even realize that she was being watched. Motheo was relieved when he finally saw her. She walked in the building and he followed. When she got to the door, she turned around before opening and saw him.
She took a deep breath and waited as he approached her. "What do you want?" She wasn't thrilled to see him. "Is that how a wife greets her husband?" He asked her. She rolled her eyes, totally uninterested in what he has to say.
"okay... Let's start over. Good morning my love" He said to her. Tshiamo looked at him like he was insane. "I missed you and I was a bit surprised that you weren't home...where have you been?" not talking about the other days he was knocking on her door.
She took a deep breath once again "you do know that I work right?". She was tired and wanted to get some rest. "Motheo I am tired okay....would you please tell me what it is that you want to say and get it over and done with".They looked at each other.
"since when are you this irritable?... Are you seeing someone?" It seemed odd for Tshiamo to be this impatient with him. He wondered what has changed. "No.... I'm just tired.. Like I said" she answered.
"Okay, I'll leave you be" He said. "Thank you" Tshiamo answered and closed the door with him standing outside. He was sure that something is off and made it his intention to find out what's shifting his wife's attention from him to a point that makes him see that she's no longer in love with him.

"Hello" a phone call came in from Tiego to Motheo's mother. "It's good to hear from you son, how can I help?" She asked after they said their greetings. Tiego explained what had happened, he mentioned that his father admitted to their affairs and ended with asking for a meeting with her and Motheo as soon as they can.
She agreed and they both hung up.He woke up about two hours earlier as he had to go back home. He packed up his bags, put them in the car and drove out. As he was on his way, he decided to take a detour. He wanted to properly say goodbye to Tshiamo and it was almost time for her to go to the gym.
He pulled up and walked to her apartment. Just as he was about to knock, she opened the door. "Oh my goodness...you scared me". She said to him with her hand on her chest. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to... I just had to see you one more time". He said and she smiled.
He held her chin, lifted her face abit and went in for a kiss and she kissed him back. One thing led to another, the door closed and they went to her bedroom. This time... He made love to her. Paying attention, looking at her every move with eyes that even he couldn't explain.
She gave him the exact same energy and once they were done, she fell asleep. He gave her a kiss on the cheek, left a note and went to board his plane.
As all this happened, Motheo was watching.

A knock sounded on the door at Tiego's parents' house. When Mrs Molapo opened the door, she found Motheo's mother standing there. This was very unexpected. "Mme Tlhabane....To what do we owe the pleasure?". She asked she said her greetings back and then replied..."I was wondering if we could talk. Just you and I" she finished.
Mrs Molapo didn't know what to say or how to react, she just let her in and led her to the sitting room. They both sat down and then Mrs Tlhabane began to talk. "I received a call from Tiego and what he told me didn't come as a shock because to be honest with you, Motheo has been raving about this whole matter for years.
Many times I've tried to encourage him to just get it out of his mind or just somehow forget about it but nothing worked. Now here we are dealing with a situation that has worsened and I take fault in it. "She said.
" Your son's actions are not yours, so don't take the blame. However, you could have done something to avoid all this... Why didn't you talk to my husband about this while the boy was still young, I mean by now we could have raised both boys together instead of finding ourselves in the mess we are right now.
Mme Tlhabane, my son has suffered at the hands of Motheo for years and I thank God that not all of the things he had tried to do succeed because we could be dealing with a worse case at this point. " Mrs Molapo was always considerate, she thought of others and put herself in their instead of passing judgment.
"I know but how could I say that Motheo is David's son when he's not... And this is what him and I fight about all the time. Molefe had his own demons and he is the one who instilled all this nonsense in Motheo's mind.... She sighed. I was honestly glad when Tiego called because I did not know how we were going to move past this". She said.
"we either have to help each other through this as parents because we are the ones who birthed them or we just watch our kids ruin each other." Mrs molapo said.
Just then, her husband walked in and greeted the two ladies. "Is everything okay?" he asked. Mrs Molapo told him why Mrs Tlhabane was there and they spoke more about the matter.
"I'll take the DNA test, that's the least I can do to put everyone at ease". He said.*****
