A week passed and Teigo had moved out of his and Tshidi's house. He found himself a nice 3 bedroom apartment and he was settling in well.

After work during the week he decided to pass by because Tshidi still hadn't signed the divorce papers and Tiego has been asking her about it and the only thing she has been doing was avoiding the matter by all means.

He knocked on the door and she answered. "Hello". She said, standing at the door with him outside. "Hi... May I come in?". He asked her. She looked at him and slowly moved back giving him enough space to walk in.
Once he was inside, he looked at her.

"Matshidiso, have you signed the papers?...Simon has been waiting for them so that the process may begin. Why are you taking long with this?" He said to her. She looked at him, walked towards the kitchen island, took out an envelope and put it in the table.

She took a deep breath and sat down on one of the chairs." I haven't been feeling well... But". She shrugged and then took out the papers and signed them. She looked a little weak 6Tiego saw that but decided to not say anything.

She gave him the envelope after putting the papers back in. "Please lock the gate on your way out". She said to him and then went upstairs. Leaving him alone in kitchen.

Tiego took the papers and left.

Tshiamo woke up energetic and prepared to go to the gym. As she walked to the living room on her way out, she found Motheo sitting on the couch. Comfortably near one of the lamps on her coffee table.

She was very much startled. "Motheo, what the fuck is wrong with you!!... How did you even get in here?" she didn't want to show him that she was scared. "My problem is that my wife isn't at home with me...where she belongs". He said to her with no emotions.

"You should have thought about that possibility after years of cheating and making a total fool out of me". She said and he just looked at her. "has it ever occurred to you that I've reached my breaking point?... Has it occurred to you that I'm actually done with this sham of a marriage and relationship?.

"Motheo, it's over okay... Just make peace with it and leave me alone. I'm sure you have many options to choose from when it comes to moving on".she said. Motheo was surprised by the confidence in her voice as she spoke. He honestly thought she'd just go back to him willingly as she did all the other times.

He stood up. "Tshiamo... I can't live without you and to be honest with you, seeing you with another man is driving me insane". He said to her while walking towards her.
Tshiamo moved back "Is that why you are stalking me?...wouldbt you have opted for communication like a normal person?". She was trying her best to keep a brave face.

"Baby, give us another chance. Please come home". He asked her in a gentle tone. She breathed, looked at him and stopped moving back. "Give me some time to think about it" She replied.
He nodded, held her hand and kissed it. "Let me drive you to the gym" He said and because she didn't want to agitate him even more, she allowed him to drive her to the gym and back.

"Have a lovely day me love". He said to her as he dropped her off at her apartment and then he left. She just nodded and walked in. She called Tiego. "Hey beautiful".He said when he answered the phone and she smiled. "Hey handsome, how are you?" she was on full blush mode.

"I'm alright babe. I like the joy in your voice" He said and just then she cut in. "I'm coming there, I want to see you" she said to him. "wait, you mean this side... To the western cape?...today?"He didn't expect it at all.

"yea...Uhm...Is there anything wrong with it?" She asked. His response sounded abit odd to her. "No...I'm abit shocked but also excited... Let me know when you land so that I can come fetch you the airport". He said.

"Great... See you later then". She hung up and started packing her bags, the whole Motheo matter was just irritating her. For some reason it made her miss Tiego alot more. When making the decision to go and see him, she didn't even want to think on it, she had to see him. She wanted to have him near her, she wanted him to hold her to make her wet, she wanted to be at his mercy.

For some reason, Motheo's actions made her want Tiego even more. She was now completely done with him.

She booked an urgent flight, with the help of her place in the company she works for, it was possible.
She took an Uber to the airport and boarded the next available plane to the WC.

*****
Tshidi and Tiego had an appointment with the lawyers to finalize the divorce and the process was quickened because Tiego just wanted to get it over and done with. After Tshidi signed the papers, both the lawyers were ready to make a final settlement between the two.

When she got there she was still looking sickly, but she dragged herself there. She didn't have the strength to keep fighting with Tiego even though she still loved him.

They both walked in the boardroom meant for formal meetings at Simon's (Tiego's lawyer) office. "Good morning Mr and Mrs Molapo, please take a seat so that we may proceed. We are here to finalize your divorce as intended and to help you dissolve your assets in the marriage".He said.

"Mrs Molapo, you do understand that your marriage to Mr Molapo is out of community right?... With accrual of course" Simon looked at her as he asked the questionand she nodded.

"Do you still understand the terms of your marriage contract and the possible outcome? ". She nodded.
"Mr Molapo do you also still understand the terms of your marriage contract and the grounds to which you decided to file for the divorce?"He asked." Yes, I do". Tiego answered.

"Mr Molapo you filed for the divorce on grounds of infidelity as the main reason... Is this correct?" He asked. Yes, Tiego replied again. "Mrs Molapo, do you agree with your husband's accusations and would you like us to proceed?... Ma'am, remember that you have every right to contests this but be understand that should you disagree with this, a thorough investigation will be done to confirm this".He finished.

"We can proceed". She finally spoke.
"Alright, as per your marriage contract Mr Molapo, we will look at what you have together and split it equally and then each of you will then continue to keep what has been excluded from you contract." Simon said.

"Wait...I want Tshidi to keep the house and and the car". Tiego said. "Are you sure?" She asked him and he said yes.
They went through their contract once more and spoke about how they are going to settle their divorce in overall.

When they concluded the meeting and both of them signed in agreement, Teigo and Tshidi prepared to leave. As they walked out of the room, Tshidi started feeling nauseous and ran to the toilet, leaving Tiego with her hand bag.

He stood there wondering what's going on with her. He waited for her to return.
"Are you okay?".He asked her as she approached him. "Yes, just feeling a bit sick.... I'll be okay" She replied, took her bag from him and they both went their separate ways.

Tiego felt abit sorry for her, he hadn't seen her this defeated.
