Part two -Woman

"But he said he never 'dated' before me. It was just hook ups with not strings attached."I mumbled confused. Immogen and Anna had just told me the story behind Alex and I didn't really know how to go about it. I was jumping from one conclusion to the other in my head and I needed to stop and just talk to Luke about it.

I mean, he could have told me about this girl throughout our relationship since Immogen and Anna are making it seem like she was a fairly substantial person in his life. But, I definitely learned my lesson from last time from being too presumptuous and assuming the worst when it really wasn't what I thought at all. I needed to trust Luke. "Alex was the only girl he ended up dating when he first came to live with his mum."Immogen said.

"There was a brief time in Luke's life before he had begun partying and such. He was forced to grow up fast no thanks to his father but he really tried for his mum to make things work here. In attempt to make life as normal as possible, he got a job, made new friends at school, and got a girlfriend."Anna added. "How long were they together?"I asked running my hand through my hair. "It was almost a year when they broke up."Immogen said.

"Do you know why?"I asked hesitantly. I knew I shouldn't be prying and just save my questions for Luke but my curiosity on the situation was getting the best of me. "Well, did Luke tell you the story of how he found out about his father dying."Immogen questioned. I nodded my head and she continued smiling softly. "That day, when he went back to visit his friends, is when he had to break up with Alex."Anna said.

"Wait, what do you mean he had to break up with her? Did he not have a choice?"I asked. "At the time, he felt like he didn't because she cheated on him, and became pregnant but not with Luke. When he found out he was a mess and even though he had Jack and Ben here, he really just wanted to be around Michael, Calum, and Ashton.

So when he broke it off with her, he left town planning to stay with the boys for a while to get away from the talk that was already starting around town about Alex and himself only to find out Andrew was killed in a car crash.."She said.

I was about to correct her on the story when I remembered that I was the only one that knew the true story, so I kept my mouth shut. "She didn't look very pregnant." I sighed and leaned back onto the bench looking up to the sky.
"Well keep in mind that she got pregnant around three years ago. But it didn't last long anyway. She had an abortion a few days after the whole town found out that she was pregnant."Anna spat.

"What we're saying is that she isn't the person one should be associating with, especially you. You probably won't see her ever again anyway but the chance is there since I'm making a petition for you to come back to visit us."Immogen said trying to lighten the mood making me smile slightly.

"Let's just try to stay away from that restaurant until you leave. We just want you and Luke's relationship safe and she may be the one to come in and wreck it if you keep associating with her."Anna said shaking her head. "I appreciate that you want Luke and I's relationship safe. And it means the world that you both have welcomed me with open arms. But I'm not afraid of her.

I feel like Luke and I are at a point where some one like her can't break us like that you know?"I said shrugging. "Right. It is you're relationship and we have full faith in you. And it's clear to us now that we can have faith in him too that he'll stay faithful to you."Ann said bumping me softly in the shoulder with her own. "Alright, enough of this sappy shit. Yes, Alex is a backstabbing cheating baby killing bitch ass slore cow but I don't want to talk about anything associated with her anymore. She's killing the mood."Immogen said standing up dusting off her pants.

"Up you two. We're going to enjoy the rest of this day without talking abot Alex and you're gonna like it dammit."she said making us laugh. We stood up and walked back to the car. After going in and out of small shops at the mall, we went to the board walk just to walk around. I had a great time with them and even though they were a few years ahead of me in age, they were great company.
