Phone Calls

After the entire intruder situation, we all have been slightly on edge while staying at the flat. After going to the police, they suggested we stay out of the flat and find somewhere else to say until things die down a bit at a two week minimum, and so they can watch the security videos plus investigate for any further evidence. So, Calum and I called our father to make sure it was alright that everyone stayed at our house for a bit. Of course he didn't mind at all and said he would rather be overly safe than sorry.

So the morning after the concert, Ashton, Caitlyn, Michael, and Luke packed up some of their things and then we headed to the house. Nothing has really changed from staying at the flat. We all always find a way to annoy each other some how just as much as we did at the flat. But in a loving way of course .

You'd think since the house is so big and the flat was so small we all would be utilizing the new found space. However, that assumption would be incorrect . We all usually end up in someones room and camp out there. Olivia comes over every other day to hang out too, and so her and Caitlyn have each other to relate to. Both of them were still slightly shaken up from the situation so it was good that they still saw the other. We have been here for about a week now and it's the same routine. 

The couples go out while Michael stays and eats what Daniel cooks, we come back and watch a movie, eat dinner,  go out to do something after, come back and watch another movie until stupid o'clock in the morning, and then sleep. But today was a bit different. When I woke up, only Michael was in my room. He clung to me like a koala making me laugh.

I pried out of his iron grip and sleepily exited my room that somehow was still clean. I walked down the hall to Calum's room and found him and Ashton snoring away while cuddling in his bed. I went back into my room and grabbed my phone off my nightstand and quickly went back into Calum's. I took my phone out and took a picture of the boys.

I snickered at my cleverness and exited the room to find everyone else. I sauntered down to the hall and down the stairs. I went to the kitchen and wasn't surprised when I found Caitlyn eating a ham and peanut butter sandwich. "Sup."She said nodding at me taking another bite into what she called a sandwich. I chuckled at her choice of food and waved.

"How ya feeling preggo?"I asked walking over to join her. Her stomach was definitely starting to show now. Even through Ashton's t shirt. She shot me a glare as I laughed. "Eh you know. But aye, first trimester done. Wooh."She said waving her free hand in the air. "Shouldn't you be seeing the doctor soon? I wanna know what gender my god children are."I said.

Daniel came out and waved at us both. He began making breakfast that would most likely wake the boys up. Speaking of boys, I realized I hadn't seen Luke yet. "Caitlyn.""I said drawing her attention away from her almost finished sandwich. "Have you seen Luke?"I asked. "He passed through here a just before you came down with work out clothes on."She said shrugging.

"There's a work out room in the basement I think."I said. "What time is it? Ashton and I have a doctors appointment at one."Caitlyn asked. "Noon."I said checking my phone. Suddenly Caitlyn's phone began to ring. I peaked at it since it was sitting between us and recognized it as the police department number. "I know you don't want to deal with this but we need to get this over with so it can be put away."I said.

She sighed and nodded her head. She went to reach for it but then pulled her hand back. She plopped her head onto the table and groaned. "Can't you just talk to them? I'm pregnant."She said making me laugh. "The pregnant card doesn't count for something you can do without moving. It was a nice effort though."I said. "Please? I promise I'll answer it next time they call."She said.

I sighed and nodded picking up the phone that had still been ringing. "Hello?"I answered. "Hello, is this Caitlyn Wilson?"The man asked. "No, this is her friend, Jasey Hood."I said."Were you also involved in this case ma'am?"He asked.
