Never Say Forever //Luke Hemmings

Chapter 17

Blake's POV

I walked back into my bedroom to see Luke standing in his tight boxer shorts.

My eyes wandered up and down his body before he caught me out of my daze saying, "Good morning."

I looked back up to his eyes, seeing a smile plastered across his face.

"Good morning." I smiled back.

"I can make some breakfast for us." he blurted as he slipped on a pair of sweats, "I-I mean if you don't mind."

"Yeah of course! That'd be great." I said. "I should probably change." I looked down realizing I still had my towel wrapped around me.

"Probably." he chuckled a bit.

"I had a great night." I said regretting it right after.

"Yeah me too. We should do it again sometime." he winked.

"Uh- I'm gonna go- um- get dressed." I said pointing towards my bathroom awkwardly.

I scurried into the bathroom shutting the door quickly behind me.

I decided I wanted to look cute since Luke was here. Yeah I know I shouldn't care but come on.

I put on a pair of jogging shorts and a comfy sweater. I then quickly yanked my hair up into a high ponytail and put on a bit of mascara.

Once I overlooked myself one more time in the mirror I headed downstairs. I could smell chocolate chip pancakes cooking and I heard the bacon sizzle on the pan.

"I didn't know you were a cook." I smirked at Luke as I sat down at the bar in a stool.

"Yeah I've been cooking for a while," he smiled, "I like it."

"Smells good." I smiled trying to make conversation.

Luke put the spatula down and leaned over the bar giving me a kiss on the forehead.

I blushed deeply and smiled at him.

"I wish I could do this with you every morning." he said.

"So do I."
