"Nice work today, Mr. Lee," a girl yells to me as I pass by her desk. I bow with a smile before exiting the door to the store I'm in. Once I'm outside in the cold air, I slip my employee id off and tuck it into the inside of my jacket. It's winter now. It's freezing. I know the perfect antidote for it. I buy myself a warm coffee, which not only warms up my stomach, but my hands too. While I walk the streets of Seoul, my eyes catch onto some of the large billboards. There's one with three silhouettes on it and a title of what I assume to be an album. I count the number of songs listed below the large name across the glowing screen. There's at least 9 songs on the track. I recognize one of them. I chuckle to myself, knowing I'll be bringing this up to my boyfriend later. It doesn't take me long to get to my house. Yes, my house. I, Lee Felix, no longer live in a stuffy one bedroom apartment. Instead I live in a two bedroom house in a quiet neighborhood. The commute from my old apartment to my school was getting hectic with the traffic getting so bad, so now I live about a ten minute walk from campus. Entering my house, I hang up my jacket and scarf before heading into the kitchen to set my empty coffee cup down. "Love, you home?" I yell. The house is silent. I hum, putting my bag down in the counter. I walk down the small hallway and knock on the door farthest to the right. No one answers so I poke my head inside. There sitting in a chair is my boyfriend, headphones glued over his ears and eyes narrowed at his computer. He's pulling colored sticks up and down, tapping on his mouse to unpause the song he's arranging. I slowly take my head back and close the door gently. I return to the kitchen and open the pantry, grabbing some bread so I can make a quick sandwich. After finishing it, I head back into the room where my boyfriend is. I slip his headphones off when he pauses the song, setting the plate of food down on his desk.
"You haven't left this room since I left for work this morning. You better not be skipping meals," I warn.
"Felix," my boyfriend turns in his chair, whining because I intruded on his work. "I had a rhythm going and everything."
"And I have a duty to keep your heart beating in rhythm with your brain. Eat."
He narrows his eyes. I place my hand on my hip and do the same. " I will later," he doesn't get to finish his sentence because I speak before he can.
"You always say that and then you don't. Eat. Now. You aren't on a diet. There's no reason you can't eat. Take a second to let your mind think."
"Felix~"
"Changbin," I raise my voice a bit.
He grumbles and grabs the sand which, stuffing his face as he turns back to his computer. I giggle and wrap my arms around his neck. "I love you." Changbin hums in amusement at my declaration. "I saw your album poster on a billboard walking back from work."
"Do I look hot?" Changbin scratches his eyebrow as he looks over his arrangement.
"I think Chris looks better."
"Mm, probably because he's been working out more. What about Jisung? What'd you think of him?"
"He looks different. Minho probably had a heart attack," I say, pulling out his chair. I fall into his lap, arms wrapping around his neck so I can pull his face closer and kiss his cheek.
Changbin smiles. "Probably. I think Jisung planned for that. What about me?"
I puff my cheeks and shake my head. "I don't know. It just doesn't look like my sweet boyfriend. That guy looks so manly and hot. And his muscles are really toned. Are you sure you're the same person?"
Changbin sets his sandwich down and starts to poke my body. I laugh, smacking him gently. "Jerk. Are you saying they photoshopped me?"
I wrinkle my nose at him. "No. I know better than anyone your muscles are fine as hell."
My boyfriend presses a kiss on my lips. He then nods his head in satisfaction. "Exactly. See, it wasn't so hard to boost my ego, was it?"
"Like it needs a boost," I scoff sarcastically.

It's been two and-almost-a half years since I started dating Changbin. Things have gone well for us. I'm an employee at one of the stores run by the Seo's family business and Changbin is a member of the three person boy band, SKZ. It's just 3racha with a new name. Though, they still post some songs on their 3racha Spotify. I don't think Changbin knows that I still have their account information. He posts a lot of songs that are inspired about our fights. I plan to tell him so I can see tease him, but I'll wait a while before then. Hyunjin is a pretty successful model. After he finishes up this last year of college he'll go on to acting. At least, that's what he's been telling me. I, on the other hand, must continue for another two years after this one. I need to get my masters degree. Minho became a backup dancer and has been working hard at it. I think he's content. You can never really know with him. Unless you're his husband. Jisung and him got married in the US about a year ago. The official documentation isn't recognized here in South Korea, but whenever they go on trips they always brag about how everyone calls them husbands. It's cute. I wish I could say that I do the same. I look at my left hand. The promise ring Changbin got me for my first birthday with him is still on my ring finger. We haven't gotten engaged yet. I don't think he's ready. Which I'm fine with. I know he's busy with work. Once things settle down a bit then we'll talk about it. I'm satisfied. I do miss Seungmin and Jeongin though. Jeongin moved to Japan to start a solo career and Seungmin got married after finding a job at a high school. He's a music teacher. Hyunjin is getting married this upcoming summer and Jeongin keeps texting about how amazing his new girlfriend is. It feels like I'm the only one without exciting news. Chris is thriving off his insomnia that he still hasn't treated, so I guess that's his exciting news. In the end, us Australians don't have those diamonds on our ring fingers. I guess the diamond would go on his fiancés finger. Then again it doesn't really matter.
"Babe," Changbin calls.
"Wassup?" I ask in English. We've been talking in English a lot recently to help him for future chats with global fans.
"What do you think about going to Australia after promotions?"
"Really? That's sudden. I mean, of course I want to go. Why?"
Changbin let's go of his mouse and places his hand on my thigh. "I was just thinking once all the media gets off my back and all," Changbin pauses. I tilt my head. It's not strange for him to want to see my family. Him and my dad are really close. Rachel too. "maybe we'd go to the beach with your family. And maybe we'll drink a few cocktails. There might be some fireworks in the night sky. And after I tell you I love you for the millionth-but not last-time, I'll put a third ring on your finger."
My eyes widen. Third ring? "You skipped a step," I laugh. I can't tell if he's joking or not.
"You sure?" He looks down at my hand. I follow his gaze. Immediately my hand shoots up to my face. On the same ring finger with my promise ring is a new one. A golden band with a few small heart shaped diamonds on it. It's simple but beautiful. "When the hell did you put this on?"
"While you were busy thinking about the Spotify account you think I don't know you still have."
I groan. "I thought I had one over on you."
"You know that's never going to happen, honey."
"Still, you didn't even ask. You're supposed to get down on one knee." I shake his shoulder and whine.
"Why do it like everyone else? You're one of a kind so you deserve something unique."
"Changbin, I'm sitting on your lap in your bedroom studio while you eat a sand which I just made for you."
My boyfriend shrugs. "That's what you get for dating a rap star."
I close my eyes and raise my fist in the air. "You better make our wedding the best I've ever seen or I'm divorcing you."
"We both know you won't. You love sex with me too much."
"Okay, but seriously. Changbin, how did you get this ring in my finger so sneakily?"
My boyfriend grins. "It took a lot of practice. You know how many times I had to do this with Jisung for practice? I swear if I see his face this week I'm gonna throw up. I spent too many hours with him."
"You should've just left it at it took a lot of practice. Now you just look cute," I tell him.
"I was going to be romantic tonight but now I'm not going to be," he retorts.
I just laugh and dive in for a passionate kiss, which he can't resist. That's just how our love goes. We flow like a rap song. Charming and fast paced. Though, it did take a while for him to propose.

"I love you, rap star."
